I’m using Yealink BH74 half a year and this is amazing. I tried all players like Jabra, Poly, Logitech, Shozz, iPhone with microphone noice canceling and Yealink beats them all. I use them with Iphone Teams and Windows. I never head any Bluetooth device working that quick. It connects immediately. I can jump on the call in a couple seconds from device being off. I can switch between devices almost seemingly. It cost 1/3 or 1/2 from other call headsets. Microphobe supreses noices at top level. I can talk in the crowded coffee shop, be outside or in the car and peoplehave no clue that I’m not in the office. It changed my life.

    Perfect for WFH people! Sound quality is great. Great range, control buttons are simple to locate. Comfort is good although you need to position them correctly so they don’t squish your ears down. I can connect it to my phone to listen to music in between calls while the dongle is connected to the pc. Works great with NICE & teams. Have kids making noise in the background all day after school and no one hears a peep! ANC is decent it’s not the best but it helps with listening to a caller that speaks really low or you have noise around you.

    This is a great headset for work and personal use. It was easy to set up as bluetooth with my phone and computer. I have purchased wired headsets that don't have as many features for $90 and they did not last. I am very happy that this has dongles and bluetooth for connection, and it is less cluttered on my desk without the wire. I also love the hard case that feels protective in it's thickness, and zippers around the set, and holds the charging cable and dongles.

    Like another person noted it speaks to you when you do anything with the headset: turn on/off, change settings, mute, etc. I don't mind this as I don't mind this feature, it has been useful in letting me know succinctly that the settings were changed. I find it useful when I am in a meeting.

    The pads for the ears do not have a whole for your ear, which is comfortable at first. However, when I wear the headset for a full day of meetings, it becomes very uncomfortable from the pressure towards the latter 1/3 of my day (this is why I scored it 4 stars). Having noted this, it is a great upgrade in comfortability from the older set I had with small ear covers, but not as great as my open ear earbuds for constant use. The headset's band is very comfortable on top of my head, even on long full day sessions.

    The active noise cancelling is terrific. It not only helps the others listening, but also aids me in cutting out the ambient noise around me.

    I have charged it fully upon receiving the set, and have had close to 3 full working days using the headset. It still notes the batter is at a high charge from the voice prompt. This is aother way the set speaking to me is useful because I will know when I need to recharge.

    I like the app for the phone, it is helpful. The settings do go back to factory default, but are easily changed with a toggle button. There are many settings to alter on the application, which is great. Also, the buttons on the headset can change the settings manually: sound low/high, active noise cancelling, mute, and other buttons.

    First off, these are the most comfortable headsets I ever used in my 10 years of Zoom/Teams calls. Now, the reason I upgraded my headset (in all of that time) was because my company supplied a $100 wireless Jabra set but it wasn't Teams compatible. The Jabras had no mute button, no noise cancelling, and no voice noise reduction and voice pick-up technology. Another annoying thing about the Jabras was no battery indicator – so when you heard the "Low Battery" notification, you had about 15 minutes before the headphones would die. The Jabra battery life was about 8 hours of continuous use – so I was charging them about every other day.

    These Yealinks solve all of those problems. This headphone doesn't come with a charging station, but I don't think that is a big deal because of the long battery life AND the headphones tell you the battery level when you push a button!

    MUTE – it's totally integrated with TEAMS! You can either push the red button on the mic arm OR (I came to find out) you can swing the mic arm up 90 degrees and IT AUTO-MUTES the TEAMS MUTE BUTTON!!! No fumbling with muting/unmuting in the TEAMS app reducing the instances of people saying "You're talking on mute."

    VOLUME: The Yealink has onboard volume Up/Down.

    TEAMS Integration – It has a Teams button on the headset that switches you to the TEAMS app. ANd when you are in a call, you can hit hold the TEAMS button and it will ativate the RAISE HAND in the Teams app! How cool is that?!?!

    Der Standfuß ist sehr wertig, dass merkt man gleich beim auspacken. Insgesamt wirken die Kopfhörer sehr hochwertig und in Summe sehr gut durchdacht. Klangqualität dank ANC sehr gut, Stimmwiedergabe dank Noise Cancelling ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Kopfhörer sind einfach zu bedienen, dass Stummschalten durch schwenken des Mikrofonarms klasse. Diesen Kopfhörer kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Meine Frau hat diesen übrigens nach einmaligen testen auch gleich noch mal für sich bestellt.
