Can I use this mic with the phone case?

If the phone case is too thick, then you need an extender to use the mic with your phone. The receiver plug is made according to standard. You can use a usb c or lightning adapter to check if your phone case is too thick.

Why does the light on the mic go off when I charge it?

When the mic is being charged, the light is red. And when the mic is fully charged, then the mics’ light go off. It is not defective.

Why does the mic suddenly stop working？

Please check if the mic is out of battery. And we recommend charging the mic in time to avoid this situation.

Does this mic work with my app?

The mic is compatible with most mainstream video apps. But if your video apps do not work with the mic, we suggest using Opencamera app to record.

My android phone can not work with the mic and what can I do?

Please check if the light on the receiver is on. If not, please search OTG in the setting of your phone and turn it on. Then try the mic again.
