Excellent product just plugged the device into my car's USB port, connected my iPhone via Bluetooth to the Smartbox, and that was it! Now my car has wireless CarPlay, with absolutely no errors or glitches.
Update after 3 weeks: it has been lagging so much, it has begun to take anywhere from 2-5 minutes to connect despite it being connected via Bluetooth to my phone. It'll ask me to connect to my phone and or finish setup. I'm giving it another few weeks because it's still easier to have this eventually connect than remembering to connect my phone to the cable each time I get on the car, but am considering returning it because it's starting to take so long to connect.
It's small enough that it doesn't get in the way of my charger plugs and it's barely noticeable, except for the blue light. Installation was easy once it connected to my phon via Bluetooth, easy to use as you don't have to do anything else but make sure it's connected to my phone. Audio is a lot clearer and louder too than just connecting to my car via Bluetooth.
