This is precisely what I needed! I detest bathrooms with only two outlets; it drives me crazy. I always keep a night light in my bathroom to illuminate the space during the night. However, if I need to plug in more than two devices, I’m forced to remove the night light. I have my Oura ring and an LED mirror that I charge regularly. If I’m using hair tools, a steamer, or charging my phone, I’m limited to the number of devices I can plug in simultaneously. This item has completely transformed my bathroom outlet situation. I can now plug in multiple devices without any hassle. The USB/C ports are a great feature because they eliminate the need for adapters for various devices. The small shelf is also a wonderful addition. I keep my Oura ring charger on it, keeping it out of the way. It’s a convenient place to set my phone or other electronics while they charge. The price of this item is also excellent. I highly recommend purchasing it!

    I like these adapters for using in an area where you are limited in outlets, but it's a popular spot to be using multiple things. This comes with a shelf so you can charge your phone and keep below free and it safe. I took a star off because you can only use this shelf in the portrait position. It will not adapt to fit in landscape position. I originally wanted to put this on an island outlet but it is sideways in landscape, and the shelf would be useless, so now it's by a small counter near a walk through. In our case, we needed to clip off the plastic ground which is suggested with some outlet models.
    Not only do you get 4 additional outlets, you get 2 USB and 1 USB-C plugs. The shelf allows you to bring the charging cord up and stabilize it in place also. The unit without the shelf (which has a non-slip surface) is very slim, just over an inch sticking out of the wall. Some other types are slanted on the sides swooping upwards to the middle making them stick out easily 2 inches from the wall surface. This unit does not have the option of a night light as other styles do. I like it and it is helpful, just wish they designed the shelf to fit in both portrait and landscape directions.

    Works well for the purpose I purchased it. I needed more outlets in the bathroom mainly for my hair gadgets. I didn't know how to use the screw provided for the hole in the middle of the outlets, so I simply plugged it in to a two-outlet model. I was told later, that I could take the outlet cover off and then screw the extender in using the middle screw. It works for me the way I am using it. I also bought a couple as Christmas gifts and one person was excited that there were the USB charging ports too. Another was going to plug his new electric razor in to the USB port and then use the shelf for the razor. There are several ways it can be used and is worth the money.
