working great for me
I've been using these products the last few days. It is working out great for me. I mainly wanted a silicone cover and straps for my controllers that had a battery door. The fact that this kit comes with more than that was a bonus. The controller cover and replacement battery door work great and are exactly what I wanted. The lens covers are terrific. The face cover does a good job blocking light at the nose for me. I have not had an issue with the face cover coming off. I do handle my Headset carefully, though. The shell cover is ok as well. The shell cover has come off a couple of times, it's a bit loose with nothing to actually reinforce other than the natural 'stickiness' of the material, but it works and stays on most of the time. You could probably take some blu-tak adhesive in a couple of small spots that will fix that right up with no permanent cosmetic damage to the unit. I'm not bothered by it, but some might be, so worth mentioning.

    Love the design. We bought 2 for both VRs. A style that suited my son & daughter. well. Fits good on the quest 2. Just make sure you take the original string wrist bands off the hand controls so the case can fit on the controls correctly. My son made this mistake at first. I think for the price it was worth it. This skin set for meta quest is wayyy better than others I have bought for both my kids VRs. Quite comfortable. We did some tweaking and customization to ours with other things like a face fan plate and Velcro mesh face cushions. So to each their own. Whatever your preference. Because of this the only thing out this package we didn’t use was the face cushion cover because my kids and myself sweat quite easy when in beast mode playing. The straps keep the controllers from being thrown into something and broke. Overall I will definitely buy again when we get the quest 3.

    I really like what this kit has to offer and the construction is well done. (See my video review)
    1. Face cover is excellent. Thick material and it literally installs onto the face pad instead of just sitting on it. I hated how my old cover would constantly fall off. This one doesn’t!
    2. Shell Cover looks really good and went on quickly and stays in place. (I’ll update if after time it starts loosening up and falling off)
    3. Lens Cover seems to work well. I’m not a big fan of suction cup lens covers because they can leave smog marks on the lens. But I tend to wipe my lens with each use, so not a deal breaker for me and they do tend to provide more security against light leaks.
    4. Controller Grips are phenomenal! Love the texture. Love the look. And absolutely love the quick access to the battery compartment. Best grips I’ve tried so far.
    5. Disposable Eye Covers are a nice touch. Serves dual purpose; extra light blocking and sweat protection when sharing your Q3 with others that sweat a lot or have oily faces.

    Highly recommend and it’s a great value.

    Blocks cameras on headset and sensors on controller

    These were great at first. They look good, however they are not tight fitting. I play beat saber and lately have been doing pretty poorly. Thought my controller batteries were going dead but when I removed my headset the cover was blocking the upper right camera. Well. I guess that's why I suddenly kept missing blocks even though I swung. I took the cover off the headset and voila I was doing good again. But now I'm having the same problem again. Noticed in my peripheral that the saber was jumping around, glitching. So I Google if the rings on the controllers have sensors. They do. So long story short, the silicone cover look cool but they are loose fitting and after a while they slip and cover sensors, messing with your gaming. Lesson learned. Don't get covers that block them. Just get grips that don't cover the ring of the controllers and don't get covers for the headset that go anywhere near the cameras unless you want your gaming to south.

    This bundle is the best IMO. The controller grips are a standout feature for me; they provide exceptional comfort during extended gaming sessions. While I personally don't use the headset silicon cover due to having a custom skin, it does fit snugly, which is a plus. Conclusion: The best silicone pad cover I have found on amazon so far. Its super soft on the face. The grips, the best i have tried so far. I will be buying other colors.

    This is exactly what I was hoping for.

    1. GREAT: Controller grips are by far the best part and really enhance the ease of holding and using the controllers. If you don't get this whole set, I still recommend getting something like this.

    2. GOOD: Shell Cover and Lens Protectors work as advertised and are a nice addition to help protect your investment.

    3. NOT GOOD: Face Cover… well, it is exactly as described and I was really looking forward to blocking out the light. Except it also traps the air which becomes warm and stale really fast. I've been using the MQ3 for three weeks no issues, but 30 minutes into using the face cover and my eyes were very uncomfortable. I don't think it's a design flaw…. by design, blocking everything (the light) off will cause this issue. Maybe I'll poke some small air holes…?

    4. DON'T CARE: I don't care about the disposable eye covers.
