Vevor doesn't honor its warranties
Amazon takes better care of it's customers than vevor ever will. Upon the first usage of this mobile base, one of the foot levers broke. I didn't think anything of it, as I made the terrible assumption that I could get a warranty part to fix the product. I contacted vevor. They initially told me "yes' it's a warranty item and we'll get one out to you". Two days later, they tell me that "it could be several weeks before I see the part". I'm fine with that, as I can still use the product as a non-mobile base until then. A day or so later, they tell me "they don't know when the part will be available and to contact Amazon". That's really stupid. It's NOT and Amazon issue, as they got me the product quickly and without issue. It's a product QUALITY issue that the MANUFACTURER should stand behind! Either warranty it or stop saying you offer a warranty! I even told them I was fine waiting until the parts came in. Why should Amazon have to take a hit for vevor's poor product quality control???? What's really stupid about all this is that it's a $2 part that probably frequently breaks. Vevor should have 10 of these on hand, just to immediately send out. They'd look like hero's if they did this- taking care of their customers. Now they're just a bunch of zero's.

    I have several bench top tool stands that I need to move when I want to use the power tool mounted on it. These stands were not designed for casters and I don't like the idea of mounting casters to bent sheet metal legs. Those types of legs may eventually fail with casters because they aren't supported to each other to keep one of them from spreading further apart. It's like standing on marbles with your legs apart. Your legs will want to spread apart unless you tie them together. This mobile unit avoids that problem by placing the feet of the stand on platforms at each corner of the mobile base. The assembly was fairly straight forward however the diagram could be a little bigger so it's easier to see what goes where. The levers operated fairly smoothly. The initial depression of the levers is a bit stiff to over come the cam action to lower the wheels. I'm using these on a miter saw and a router table so neither are that heavy. At this price point, I'm happy with what this base does. I did lose the ability to shove short things under my stand because the base now ties the legs together but I knew that when I purchased these bases. I didn't see anything similar at this price point and I'm tired of dragging my stands around the garage because either the existing tool stand plastic feet will eventually fail or one of the legs will bend if it ever got caught on something.

I only have about 200 lbs on my mobile base but the cam to lift it doesn’t operate smoothly. I have to put a crow bar to lift the base off the floor because there seems to be a lot of resistance to engaging the cam lock handles and if I don’t t take weight off the base before engaging the cam lock handles I fear they would break. They are made of plastic. I guess this is one of those things where you get what you pay for.
