Why can’t it reach 140W for Macbook 16 inch (M1-M3) laptop?
For Macbook 16 inch (14.4 and 14.3 systems), due to the system software, the OUT3 port output cannot reach 140W, but still has 100W speed
To reach 140W, please use PD3.1-supported usb c cable and devices
