The Crystal T18 earbuds by Tozo are actually a lot better than I expected. I'll start with the case. The case feels of cheap plastic. It's very lightweight which isn't bad as far as carrying it goes, but scratches are already developing on it just from BEING in my pocket today and keeping it on my nightstand last night. I definitely wouldn't be comfortable if i dropped it on any hard surface as it seems like it wouldnt hold up very well at all. But i actually love the way it looks so that kind of makes up for the lack of quality material,(strictly my opinion). The body of the case is a glossy black and it has a transparent flip lid with a black/dark grey tint that looks pretty nice. On the face of the lid in the center, is the Tozo logo, which i believe serves as the magnetic closure tab as well. The front center of the body has a very nice and bright digital display that has the battery power indicator for each earbud, symbolized by a digital image of a battery, 1 labeled "L" for left, and the other, "R" for right, so its super easy to tell how much juice each has(ONLY while they're "docked" and actively being charged). The case's battery percentage is displayed as a number between 1-100. It takes a type C charger so that's super convenient since most electronics do nowadays.
Now, as for the earbuds themselves, they're extremely lightweight and super comfortable, so much so, that I almost forget they're in. I can even sleep with them in and they'll stay in ALL NIGHT long, with ZERO discomfort, which is amazing, especially if you need white noise to fall asleep! Theyve got an interesting shape which for me, makes it easy to grip while putting them in or taking them out of my ears, without having to worry about accidentally activating the touch controls. Considering how many functions are possible from a variation of a tap, theyre pretty easy to learn AND remember because they all make sense. Ive owned plenty of earbuds from plenty of brands and i can never remember how they're operated. Tozo makes it simple. I cant be bothered with pulling out the user manual or looking up on Google every time i want to switch a track or answer/hang up a call. And its SO FRUSTRATING trying to adjust volume and accidentally switch tracks, ESPECIALLY without paying for youtube premium because then you have to sit through those annoying ads again! Ill never have to make that mistake with these because i already have each function memorized. The sound is just right although nothing spectacular(though i dont believe thats a selling point): not too sharp or bassy, clear instruments, clear vocals, decent noise reduction.
I have to say what i really LOVE about these is the battery life. Using both earbuds can EASILY get you through a full night of sleep or a day of work. Of course im sure that depends on how loud you listen, which i dont like loud music in my CAR let alone directly inside my ears. Touch controls probably affect battery life as well depending on how frequently and aggressively you use them. If youre constantly making and receiving calls and using your phone's assistants, they probably wont last nearly as long as someone else's, who uses their hands 8 hours or more a day so they're not constantly switching tracks throughout their entire shift and only listens at 50% volume. So dont abuse them and they should last a good while!
If you want an immersive sound experience, these probably arent for you. At this price point these would likely be a decent backup pair or just a pair to get you through your work shift or gym session due to their basic sound and their ipx8 waterproof rating(though i havent tested out that aspect). All in all i would give these a 4.5/5 stars, and the half star deduction is due to the low quality materials. But i would absolutely recommend these to anyone regardless of standards because there's nothing wrong with them. Ultimately it comes down to what YOU want in a set of earbuds but these are perfect for me.

These checked almost all the boxes for me and the price was right! I lose earbuds like it’s my job, so I try to keep the expense low when replacing.
Upon arrival – they’re very nice looking (appear expensive/high quality), small low profile case, have lots of options for a snug ear fit – including smaller than average ears like mine, battery was at 100% – so they were ready to go immediately, and there’s a QR code wrapped around the case to immediately register for an 18 month warranty before cracking open for the first time.
Upon first use – crispy clear audio (looking forward to trying the equalizer in the TOZO app), excellent noise cancellation, easy to pair with my iPhone, easy to touch operation, and they’re pretty flat (don’t protrude from the ear much at all) – so I think they’ll be comfortable enough to fall asleep with, should I doze off before having a chance to remove them.
I’ll definitely seek out TOZO, perhaps this exact model, in the future when I lose this current pair, lol (there’s definitely a 101% chance of that).

I bought the TOZO T18 Crystal Buds for my adult niece (Olivia) and this is her review, after 2 weeks of constant use.
My TOZO Crystal Buds were bought as a replacement for my Tozo 10 Buds as Tozo has become a company that I now trust. From opening the box on their arrival I have been highly impressed. The case has been well thought through with a sleek cover and small, yet robust design. The battery life indicator on the case is an innovative and useful touch. The design of the earbuds has also been clearly well thought through as they fit snuggly into my ears, the silicone buds make them comfortable to wear for long durations and I now no longer have to worry about them accidentally being knocked and fulling out my ears, they feel extremely secure.
The earbud’s sound quality is also impressive for someone who listens to various media such as; audiobooks, music and podcasts. On my old earbuds, the music and vocals would sound tinny at high volumes. This is no longer the case with my TOZO Crystal Buds. The sound quality is ‘crystal’ clear, to the untrained musical ear it feels I am able to hear different instruments in songs that I previously haven't heard.
The control features have come in very handy for hands-free control. I would recommend reading the instructions just so you are aware of the similar, yet different controls. But I have found them easy to use. You are able to skip, play/pause and control the volumes all without touching your phone. There are probably many more features that I am unaware of.
I was very happy with the price too as I found it to be of high quality for such a reasonable price compared to big brand companies and the quality doesn’t differ too far from bigger branded companies such as my old Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones.

Anche se nella mie attività quotidiane gli auricolari in-ear mi sono estremamente utili, devo ammettere che, alla fine, non sono mai soddisfatto di quello che pensavo sarebbe stato il mio ultimo acquisto.
Una specie di addiction syndrome.
E, come sempre, questo ultimo acquisto mi trova molto soddisfatto.
A parte l'originale aspetto estetico di trasparenza che, anche se secondario, ha un suo peso, queste Crystal Buds di TOZO offrono caratteristiche tecniche molto interessanti.
La custodia ha un display digitale che mostra la percentuale di carica residua.
La connessione è garantita dal protocollo Bluetooth 5.3, tanto efficiente sia in stabilità che in dispendio energetico.
L'audio, a mio gusto, sfiora il superlativo, con dei bassi veramente potenti ma non sovrastanti con medi ed acuti presenti ma non fastidiosi. Il massimo lo si puo ottenere utilizzando l'app di TOZO, capace di fornire dei preset di equalizzazione per diversi generi musicali, oltre la possibilità di crearne di propri.
Abbiamo anche un sistema di noise reduction, con un algoritmo basato su AI, capace di annullare i rumori esterni e consentendo, in tal modo, un comfort telefonico esente da rumori molesti per voi ed il vostro interlocutore. A tal proposito, tengo a precisare che questa soppressione dei rumori esterni non è il massimo durante la guida per cui, dovendole utilizzare, potreste sempre indossare un singolo auricolare.
Gli auricolari sono protetti con standard IPX8, uno standard internazionale per apparecchiature elettroniche. Nello specifico, le ultime due cifre indicano: la prima il livello di protezione alle polveri, la seconda quello verso l'acqua. La "X" dice che non abbiamo protezione dalle polveri, mentre l'"8" indica la capacità di rimanere immerso da 1 a 3 metri per un tempo non definito.
Relativamente all'autonomia, l'ascolto a circa metà volume consente un uso di circa 7-8 ore, volumi più elevati possono arrivare a dimezzare la durata, consigliando comunque a chiunque di non esagerare con i volumi per questioni fisiologiche.
Con custodia e auricolari carichi si può raggiungere una autonomia che va dalle 30 alle 40 ore.
La custodia supporta la carica via USB-C o wireless: la prima in poco piu di un'ora, la seconda circa 3 ore o poco più.
Excelente qualidade sonora, tem App, bateria de ótima duração e proteção IPX8.

Qualidade Sonora: A principal e mais importante sessão desse review! Analisando de diversas formas, em estilos variados de música, em situações e ambientes diferentes, eu posso dizer que o TOZO Crystal Buds possui uma excelente qualidade sonora no geral. O case é um detalhe a parte de destaque, pois é muito bonito com tampa transparente e display digital de indicação da carga tanto do case como dos fones. Possui carregamento pelo cabo USB-C fornecido ou carregador Wireless (não incluso) e também o recurso de carga rápida que proporciona cerca de 2 horas de autonomia com apenas uns 10 a 15 minutos de recarga.
Proteção à prova d'água: Excelente! A proteção dele é IPX8, talvez a maior que você vai encontrar em um fone atualmente! Possibilita pegar uma chuva muito forte, tomar banho frio, jorro de água acidental, suor em atividade física intensa e até mesmo submersão em água rasa por alguns minutos.
Custo Benefício: A TOZO oferece nesse produto um excelente fone com ótima qualidade sonora, ótima bateria e proteção IPX8, além de totalmente configurável via App por cerca de 240 Reais. Esse é um produto de excelente custo benefício!
O TOZO Crystal Buds é uma excelente opção de compra, pois custando cerca de 240 Reais entrega o mesmo que muitos fones com o dobro ou triplo do preço! Esse é um fone excelente de ótimos graves, som cristalino, alta autonomia de bateria, IPX8 e configurável via App! Vale a pena!
