This is a really nice upgrade from the original Toniebox. We have the first version as well, and the Toniebox 2 feels like a pretty substantial step forward rather than just a minor refresh.
The build itself is noticeably better. It feels softer, more durable and just more polished than the original. I also really like that they added more interactive features along with things like the sunrise alarm, which gives it more usefulness beyond simply playing Tonies.
One of the biggest positives for anyone upgrading is that it still works with the original Tonies. Having already built up a collection, I was very happy that everything carries over rather than requiring a whole
Between the improved build, new features and backwards compatibility, this is far better designed than the first Toniebox.
Definitely a worthwhile upgrade or entry into the Tonie world. Five stars.
