I have been using the S10 for about a year now and have loved having the ability to fill and drain the clean and dirty water it uses from the water station. This new S20 is a solid upgrade from the S10 and improves upon everything. From having the integrated water station, I can get going with mopping immediately and put this in an area/floor that had no water access before. Setup was super easy and I was paired with the app and my wifi within a few minutes. After a quicl firmware update I was cleaning right away! The AI camera coupled with the lidar on top of the robot is VERY prescecise at getting around my home and the mape it created within a few minutes of mapping was so accurate it was scary! One thing that was noticeable is how the suction power is increased from the S10. It is seriously impressive yet still not loud at all. Little touches like a holder for the cleaning solution inside the vacuum home base along with a starter bottle of the solution is something I was surprised about, very neat to add that. Another thing that is really nice in this S20 is that the roller will lift and shut off when vacuuming rugs and carpets. The AI camera picks up on what type of floor it is on and automatically adjusts. All in all I am happy with this upgrade and how well it cleans my floors and highly recommend this robot vacuum.

I’ve tried a few robot vacuums in the past, but the SwitchBot S20 blows them all out of the water. The 10,000Pa suction is no joke—it pulls up pet hair, dander, and even stubborn crumbs with ease. The anti-tangle brush really helps since I have pets, and the large 4L dust bag means I don’t have to constantly empty it (about 2–3 months of dirt storage!).
The self-cleaning mop roller is a total game-changer. Instead of dragging dirty water around, it rinses itself in real time and even uses 50°C hot air drying after each session so the mop never smells. Floors come out sparkling clean every time.
Setup was simple, and I love the smart integrations—it works smoothly with Alexa and Google, and I’m excited for the Matter support coming soon. The AI obstacle avoidance is also impressive—it easily navigates around cords, shoes, and random clutter without getting stuck.
I haven’t added the optional water station yet, but the built-in clean and dirty water tanks already make life easier. Being able to refill and drain automatically would just make this thing fully hands-off.
If you’re on the fence, just go for it. This is more than just a robot vacuum—it’s like having a housekeeper that never complains.

New model has
1. Roller mop which is the latest, that is a huge plus
2. With water station it can auto refill water easily with some extra setup.
I bought a K10 before, K10 is a small bit, this one is much bigger! Roughly same size as rock robot. K10 is not able to refill the humidifier from SwitchBot. So I long for this one.
S20 is very steady, u can tell from the weight.
And it can smartly to help refill the humidifier and no need to add water all time when u pair with water station.
Definitely good pick to pair rest product from SwitchBot
achieve two goals at once.

The cleaning performance is truly impressive! The suction power is strong, and it cleans both floors and carpets thoroughly, leaving no dust or hair behind. I have pets at home, and it handles pet hair with ease without getting tangled. The mopping function is also very practical, with well-controlled water usage that keeps the floor clean without making it slippery.

This is my first robot vacuum, and I waited a few days to really test it out. It has all the features I could ask for – vacuum & mop, vacuum only, or vacuum then mop, plus four levels of suction power. After cleaning, it even washes and dries the mop automatically. Aside from refilling the water tank, I barely need to lift a finger – exactly why I wanted a robot vacuum in the first place! I even stood in its way just to see what would happen, and it avoided me perfectly. love it！

It came in good condition. It makes keeping the floors and house clean so much easier, all I have to do is set it up once and I can run it whenever. It’s not too loud so I can have it on at night while sleeping. It also stays plugged into the wall and I haven’t had any issues with it dying in a middle of a clean. Great overall

I’ve been using S20 for a while. Couldn’t be happier with it. Vacuum power is strong and works great on my rugs (I have cats and dog so rug is full of pet hair). Mopping works great. Very low maintenance. Also does really well with avoiding cables and small items on the floor. Love that it works with the water station to wash the mop as well. Recommended, especially if you have pets.

Maintenance is also very user-friendly. The app shows part wear levels, so I always know when to clean or replace accessories. The included cleaning brush is a thoughtful touch.
