Full manual like an SLR camera
THis is made well , all metal lots of light gathering metal controls, metal bracket. Its really allot like an old SLR camer you must set zoom exposure and focue you self in each shot. The CCD is decent but looks washed out compared too other 4k chips .Since its a full manual it is probably best suited too static taskes or modding telescopes, or even out side observation like a bird feeder, as in through a window not installed out side.Like I said this is made too last more then any other feature that stands out the build is the most noticable. I do like that the F1.4 lens acually has some size too it as well but it seems the CCD chips never happy with the light thats getting through.It has no illumination built in either so plan on lighting solutions.Sound wise userrs called it a step up from my older cheaper Webcams but it was not in the same catagory as a studio mic for good reasons, I wont blame that on it. I directly compared it too another 4k Web cam thats half the cost. and I can say the sound on the 4ks are about the same slightly tinny sounding as described by my test subjects.Image wise the other less costly 4k was the fav. Partly because it was automatic and I didnt have too interupt conversation all the time too adjust but its CCD made for a more vibrant image that was instantly sharp and in focus. So is this better then a cheap bottom rung? most definatly but is it better than a mid tear camera not always. Further this one seems too be a lil niche in its use cases. At its current price I hesitate too call it a great value but if you need this its good that it exists. Like I said best for static viewing.and again its far far better built then any other web cam I have seen So while my thoughts are mixed it certainly has its strenths, and weaknesses. Buy with confidence your gettin a solid peice but keep in mind its use fullness is limited too specific scenarios . If you want too forget about your webcam and have it look and sound great this is not the right choice for that. Think of it more like a video cam.

    Truly run 120fps

    This camera is amazing! I purchased the SVPRO 12MP usb camera for golf swing analysis, i tried several webcams, but this one is the best and i'm impressive.
    It has zoom and plugs in via a usb connection, the picture clarity is really great at 4K 30fps, but 1080P at 120fps is what i needed, this is a standout feature for filming high-speed action!
    But if you just plug this into your computer and try run it with any webcam software, you may confusing since the previous reviews state the camera runs max 1080p@30fps. Quite the contrary actually, you only need to run the camera with a professional video software. Many regular webcam software has limited functionality, such as the default camera program on your computer, they usually support a maximum of 1080p 30fps or 60fps without advanced settings.
    Anyway it’s a pretty good high speed camera.

    I bought this specifically to do high speed video either using my Mac or Linux, both of which the seller claims support for on this camera. I have emailed the seller and although they claim it should be working, the best I can get is 1080 at 30 fps, despite the seller claiming 4K@30 and 1080@120 support. The only reason I am keeping it is that I created a use for the camera despite being more expensive than other options. Returning it is just to much of a hassle.

    I am genuinely impressed by this camera. The product arrived quickly, securely packaged in a neutral box. The metal housing and lens are well-crafted, with a smooth and precise mechanism for adjusting zoom, focus, and aperture, which can be securely locked into place with a screw. It's really a professional device.

    The camera features a standard ¼-inch tripod mount on the underside and an additional stand for flexible positioning and tilting. The image quality is excellent for its size, though the light sensitivity could be improved as the image becomes slightly grainy in low-light conditions (which is the case of all cameras I experienced in my life).

    Capable of capturing video at 3840×2880 resolution, this camera is primarily designed for industrial monitoring. However, its manual control of aperture and focus makes it suitable for creative uses. For instance, I found it to be a fantastic option for miniature filmmaking and macro photography. At around 40 cm, it captures sharp, highly detailed images, and at under 2 cm, it functions almost like a microscope.

    The USB cable design is practical, with a connector approximately 33 cm from the camera housing, making it easy to thread through walls. The remaining cable length is about 260 cm, and with adapters, it’s possible to extend the range for surveillance purposes. The only downside is its reliance on USB 2, which may limit data transfer rates for 4K video.

    This is not your average USB camera but something that takes quality and performance much beyond.

    Ich habe die Svpro 12MP USB Kamera kostenlos zum Testen erhalten. Das Produkt wurde schnell geliefert und war in einer neutralen Schachtel sicher verpackt.
    Das Metallgehäuse sowie das Objektiv sind sauber verarbeitet. Zoom, Fokus und Blende lassen sich leichtgängig und flüssig einstellen und können mit einer Schraube fixiert werden.
    An der oberen Unterseite findet sich ein Standard ¼ Zoll Stativgewinde. Zusätzlich ist eine Standfuß angebracht mit dem die Kamera ebenfalls befestigt und auch geschwenkt werden kann.
    Die Bildqualität ist für die Größe sehr gut. Lediglich die Lichtempfindlichkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Bei schwachen Lichtverhältnissen wird das Bild etwas grieselig. IR Beleuchtung klappt leider nicht.
    Die Kamera liefert Videos mit einer Auflösung von 3840×2880 Pixel.
    Die Kamera erst für die Überwachung im industriellen Sektor vorgesehen. Ich persönlich habe den Funktionsumfang etwas erweitert. Da man hier Blende und Schärfe manuell sehr gut steuern kann ist diese kleine Kamera fast wie eine „echte“ Filmkamera Ideal für Kamerafahrten z. B. im Modellbau. Die Kamera kann auch sehr gut als Makrokamera eingesetzt werden. Ab ca. 40 cm Abstand nimmt die Kamera sehr scharfe Bilder in sehr guter Vergrößerung auf. Bei unter 2 cm hat man Quasi ein Mikroskop!
    Das USB Kabel ist zwar fest mit dem Kameragehäuse verbunden hat aber ca. 33 cm von der Kamera entfernt einen Konnektor, welcher nicht wesentlich dicker ist als das Kabel selbst. Man kann hier das Kabel trennen und dann leicht durch Wände verlegen. Nach dem Konnektor ist das Kabel ca. 260 cm lang. Mit entsprechenden Adaptern zum Beispiel USB über Netzwerkkabel kann für Überwachungszwecke die Kabellänge entsprechend den Bedürfnissen angepasst werden. Lediglich die Verwendung von USB 2 verstehe ich nicht ganz. Bei einer Bildauflösung von 4K mit 30 Hz dürfte die theoretische Datenübertragungsrade von 48 Mbyte pro Sekunde schnell ausgeschöpft sein (je nach Kompressionsgrad).
    Die Kamera hat einen CS-Mount => das Objektiv kann ausgetauscht werden. Man kann hiermit die Kamera auch direkt an Mikroskope oder Teleskope befestigen (ggf. mit Adapter).
    Keine normale USB Kamera. Gute Bildqualität, gutes Objektiv, großer Zoomfaktor, leider nur USB2. Leider etwas teuer. 5 Sterne

    I’m using this to take high quality images of microelectronics to highlight quality issues from manufacturing. This camera is perfect for this use, although needs a good light level as low light situations aren’t handled well by the sensor. The cable is a good length and has a section approx 10cm from the camera housing which can be disconnected allowing for easy routing of the cable. The manual adjustment of the optics can be fixed in place using the thumb screws affixed to the individual adjustment rings on the outside of the camera lens housing. Plug and play straight from the box and has a strong housing and mounting bracket which includes the screws and plugs to mount the camera in place on your chosen surface.
