    Update: After writing my original review the company reached out to see what they could do to make things right. They offered a replacement at no cost or a full refund. I had already purchased another watch not on Amazon, so I chose the refund.

    I would say 5 star for standing behind their product and trying to make things right.
    For the specific watch I received I would still say 1 star, however I could have gotten a one off with the one I recieved.
    So the elephant in the room, would I buy anither one, possibly a diffrent model. I would say for you to give it a try, but be aware of possible issues. For the price point give it a try

    I adjusted my 1 star review to 4 stars due to them reaching out and attempting to make things right, can't do 5 stars because I would still be cautious and the particular item I received had issues. That doesn't mean yours will.

    Original Review:
    At first was very happy with the watch look, feel and function (learning curve on settings). I was able to charge with no issues at first. Then after a couple months it started to get more difficult to get the charging cable to connect properly. Now I am not able to get the cable to connect to charge. I have even purchased replacement cables thinking maybe that was the issue. No success. So, now I have a paperweight.

    There were other issues that I was moving beyond, but worth mentioning. Very difficult to run a Bluetooth speaker while the watch is connected. I had to disable the controls in the settings, but it caused pretty much everything to stop working like call answer and text notifications.

    I know it was not a top-of-the-line watch that was hundreds of dollars, but I would have expected it to last more than 4-5 months.

I cant tell you how much I hate that this has a speaker in it and it seems to think it is better than the Bluetooth radio in my truck or my sound bar in the garage or my headphones on the plane. I cant get text messages to come through the watch screen for quick view. But boy do I get the 1000k emails. Then night time.. it lights up every 5 seconds I haven't found a way to make that stop. So I just take it off. I hate the app it's not user friendly from some of the other watches I have used i have had this for 14 days now does well in the shower and tracks my running steps but thats the only reason i am keeping it. Highly disappointed.

    As a standalone watch I think it's pretty good. Well built. I really like the look and the way it feels. The battery life is excellent and it's easy to change watch faces and comes with 2 bands. As a smart watch however, it falls short in my opinion. I'm comparing it to a 5 year old galaxy advice watch. This watch takes a good 15 seconds at least to notifyme of a phone call, or sometimes it just doesn't even notify me. Text message notifications work about 25% of the time. FB messenger notifications seem to work even less. Where it really fails and could be dangerous in my opinion is anybody who was like me and interested in using it to monitor blood pressure. I've never gotten a reading higher than 121/82. In fact it gave me a reading of 117/72 while I was at my doctor visit and they read me at 131/83. I'm using it with a Galaxy S22 Ultra so maybe compatability will allow better SMART compatability with other phones, but the blood pressure readings are completely built in to the watch.

    I have had this watch about a week now. The watch looks nice but the performance is subpar. I can’t get the weather app to function properly. The only time it updates the weather is when I actually go to the app and turn it off then back on. Useless!!! Different app functionality on the watch faces doesn’t work when you touch most of the icons. Ie if you touch the steps or bpm icon it doesn’t open the page to that function to se the details. I am not convinced the steps tracker was is working properly. I have reached out to the seller and they have given me directions to reset the app and watch but nothing has fixed the problem.

    Elle est livrée avec :

    2 bracelet un en caoutchouc et l'autre en métal.
    1 outil pour ajuster les maillons (assez simple à utiliser)
    1 câble de recharge (pas de chargeur mais il est possible d'utiliser un chargeur ou son PC)
    1 notice en français (mais succincte)
    1 carte de garantie international

    Elle permet de mesurer en continue ou à la demande :

    La fréquence cardiaque plutôt proche (testé avec un tensiomètre électronique)
    La pression sanguine plutôt proche (testé avec un tensiomètre électronique)
    Le taux d'oxygène dans le sang (pas testé)
    La qualité du sommeil (je dors mal et le résultat est proche du ressenti de ma nuit).

    Le nombre de pas, la distance parcourue et les calories (plus ou moins précis mais aucun podomètre ne donne
    les mêmes valeurs proche de celui sur mon téléphone sauf pour les calories elle est plutôt généreuse)
    Testé uniquement pour la marche.

    Possibilité de suivre de nombreux sport (testé uniquement pour la marche)

    L'application dédiée est plutôt sympas elle permet :

    De suivre et enregistrer les résultats en continu sous forme de graphismes interactif
    De suivre et enregistrer les entrainements (marche ….)
    d'effectuer certain réglage pour la montre notamment :
    le temps d'éclairage
    l'enregistrement en continue (le calibrage de certaine fonctions comme le pression sanguine).
    Et d'autre.

    Elle permet de télécharger d'autre fond d'écran (je conseil un fond d’écran avec indication de la charge batterie)

    Attention certaine fonction de la montre ne sont réglable que depuis l'application.

    Cette montre a une autonomie de 6 à 10 jours en fonction de son utilisation

    Attention comme pour toutes les batteries il ne faut pas descendre en dessous des 5 % car il y a un risque
    d'inversion de polarité et dans se cas la montre ne pourra plus être rechargée. Par sécurité je déconseille
    de descendre en dessous de 20 %

    Bref je suis satisfais de cette montre.

    Really nice watch and build. Screen is clear and bright. The watch is easy to set up and simple to use. There are plenty of watch faces to choose from and also 4 different menu choices.

    I was worried at first because all my calls and media were playing the sound through the watch instead of my phone but this is easy to turn off. From the watch face scroll down then press on the phone icon and you can turn this feature off.

    Notifications work fine and you can add other notifications like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and messenger etc

    I think this watch is definitely value for money.

    What's not to like?

    I always said I would never bother buying a smart watch but now I'm so glad I did!
    Looked at several but liked the look of this one. I liked the large face and rugged look to it.

    The watch arrived in a very smart looking box which to me immediately spoke quality.
    Inside the box the watch was very neatly packaged with a silicon strap and also an expanding metal one. It comes with a charging lead, a tool to adjust the length of the metal strap and a card with a support Whatsapp number.
    I don't wear metal straps on my wrist so I use the silicon one and it was very easy to attach to the watch.

    The watch itself looks and feels great and pairing with my phone and its app was a breeze.

    The face of the watch is very easy to read even outdoors and I love the fact that there are a number of different faces built into the watch and even more (probably a hundred) that can be downloaded!

    Battery life of the watch is very good, I've used it from full charge for nearly a week now and its still got over 40% juice left in it!

    The watch has all the usual fitness and sports stuff built into it much of which I've yet to use other than the heart rate, blood pressure, steps etc and I'm pleased to announce I'm apparently still alive!

    There is nothing I dislike about my watch so 5 out of 5 stars!
