I have one Smart Touch Wall Light Switch with Matter – this light switch can only be installed in a single gang of switches. Packaging and instructions are good. When I took it out of the packaging, the first thing I noticed was how slim the back of the switch is. Makes it so easy to clear bundles of wires in the junction box. Next thing I noticed was how stylish the switch is. It is sleek and has a tempered glass front and one circle touch switch – good looking! When you touch the button, you feel/hear a little click. The circle button is easy to find in the dark because it is outlined in a ring of light. When the light is on, the ring is red; when the light is off the ring is blue. Installation was easy. The binding posts for the wires are very sturdy. Had to add a neutral wire (because it is a Smart switch); this was the hardest part. Other than that, it was like installing a standard switch. Compatible with Alexa; Alexa had no problem finding and connecting to the switch. I was unsuccessful connecting it to Apple Home and not sure why but may be because I keep it on an iot-network. Do not lose the QR code sticker that comes on the face plate. You need this for set-up and if you lose the QR code sticker, you'll have to unmount the switch and get the QR code from the back. Great price, good looking, works well.

Make sure you have a neutral wire in your house, because you will need it.
I wanted to control some lights around the house using my Alexa, but since each fixture has many lights, resorting to smart bulbs wouldn't be a good solution. This came in handy, allowing me to replace the control switches with this smart unit.
Compatibility with Alexa is total, and I'm happy with how easy it was to pair it with my current system. The switches' functionality is great, and the whole unit's construction is pretty solid. And it looks nice, too; very modern.
Last thing: it comes with the screws to install it, so one less run to the hardware store.

Ok I have to state the obvious , but it looks like a iPhone and a light switch had a baby , and I love it !!! Modern and clean !!! Plus this is truly the FIRST Matter product I have gotten that actually works the way its is advertised to . I removed the old light switch , and connected this one , the blue light started flashing for pairing mode , I opened the Alexa app hit the plus sign for add a device , clicked on switch , then other for brand , then clicked on matter , scanned the code and it found it connected it to WiFi and asked me what room it was in and what I wanted to name it and it was DONE !!! Great product , easy install , great design , easy to setup , no additional app required , Works with Alexa , great quality , easy and stable connection , lighted button so you can see it in the dark , and great value for the money !!!!
