    The results of this device are very inaccurate. I can count my own heartbeat with a watch and my pulse. It was between 50 and 55 but the ring said it was 63, the next reading said it was 98, the next reading at 102, the next reading said 75. It also said I got eight hours of sleep and never woke up. I know I woke up at least twice and was awake for over an hour.
    I was really hoping to have good luck with this ring. But I suppose you get what you pay for!

    Inaccuracies with steps, and sleep notice in first 5 days of use.
    I walked with another device tracking steps and a friend, also tracking steps. We happen to know length of route and number of steps averaged for us on said route.
    This ring did not register the steps, other devices did. 1,000 steps off. That is wildly inaccurate.
    Also, labeled me as sleeps but gained steps somehow in my sleep, no I was not sleep walking or up for a nightly "go". Overall not a good way to track if you are aiming for precision but it might help those trying to understand their habits.
    I hope the tech or production improves since I like a ring more than a watch.

    So far so good. I feel like the step tracker isn’t as accurate as my Apple Watch, it’s literally about 1/2 the steps. Also, I feel like the bp might be off a little too as mine has never been as low as this claims but I’ll compare when I go to the dr soon. I honestly got it for more of a sleep tracker and that has been pretty accurate. I did get the 2 year warranty just in case but hopefully I won’t need it. I wash my hands all the time and everything. It’s comfortable and durable. A good dupe for the Oura ring.
