I LOVE this ring. It is the perfect width. It tracks well, the app is very nice and easy to use without needing a subscription. I feel the steps are accurate. I have an apple watch as well and they are always close to the same steps but I love the ring for ease of sleeping. I hate sleeping with a watch so I take it off but still wanted to be able to track my sleep and it’s perfect. It’s almost spot on with tracking. I do tend to see in the mornings it gets my wake time but might say I went back to sleep if I dont get up right away even when I dont go back to sleep but its only a few minute diffrence so thats fine with me. For the battery life I get about a week with the battery and it sends you updates on when it is expected to die which I like. It also charges pretty fast which is nice.
