First of all, this is a fantastic looking all in one door lock. It just works well compared to other smart locks that i had except this one has a camera. I like how this version includes a built-in camera, which allows you to see who's at the door before unlocking. The fingerprint reader works exceptionally well and is pretty accurate with reading fingerprints. It has six unlocking methods, including Tuya app control, passcodes, and voice commands. The installation process is straightforward, no complicated wiring or drilling. This version is unique compared to the other Lockzo models that I have and comes with a 10,000mAh battery .
While the video feature is a great addition, it doesn’t work exactly like a Ring doorbell, and its storage and capture capabilities are somewhat limited unless you pay for additional storage. I also noticed that adjusting certain settings, like auto-lock, can be a bit tricky as they sometimes reset. It's a great versatile, keyless entry system with added security features, and is a solid choice. Recommend!

This Lockzo smart lock is a true game changer for home security. The 2K video camera with wide-angle view is crystal clear day and night, and I love being able to see and talk to visitors right from the app. The multiple unlock options (fingerprint, keypad, app, voice control, and keys) make it super convenient for the whole family, and the fingerprint reader is fast and accurate. The dual motion sensors are very responsive, sending alerts right away.
Battery life is excellent—I only need to charge every few months—and the lock feels solid and weatherproof. Setup was straightforward, and it fit my existing deadbolt without much hassle. Overall, this is a reliable and feature-packed smart lock that combines security and convenience in one. Highly recommended if you want both a video doorbell and a smart lock in a single device.

This lock has been amazing so far. The fingerprint sensor is super quick and works every time, and the keypad is really easy to use. I love that I can see who’s at the door with the video feature, and the app makes it so convenient to lock or unlock from anywhere. The design looks modern and fits perfectly on my door. Battery life has been great too. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Update: while the device did not work for me, I would say the seller's customer service was expedient; they made attempts to gather information about what wasnt working, and I appreciate a company that continues to work out bugs.
I ordered this, alongside of the Eufy E330 for comparison in case this one didnt work out despite Eufy's legacy reputation as Ring's biggest competitor. I was optimistic as I read reviews about a
Lockzo's longer battery life by comparison for an otherwise comparable product. Installation was straightforward and setting up the Tuya app was too, but in practice, testing the camera and notifications struck it out and I had to remove it the same day. It doesnt capture a person walking by, and the device frequently kept attempting to "connect" thereby missing the person standing on the porch for over 60 seconds- long enough for someone to steal a heavy package. The notification was slow…if it occurred at all. I had to remove it the same day and went with another product but I do hope they'll be able to work out the glitches, increase storage without a subscription, and lower the price point to be more competitive. It would otherwise be a comparable device.
