Ai translator- Not Real-time

Ai translator- Not Real-time
Alrighty, folks! Here we are diving into the second part of my review for this little gem. I've had these babies on for a couple of days now and I must say, I'm really digging them. Now, let me tell you about the AI Translator. I was kinda bummed because I thought it would work its magic in real time, you know? Like, translating on the spot as someone talks. But nope, that's not how it rolls. You gotta download the app, record a phrase or sentence, and then play it back in a different language. Still, I'm giving these a solid 4-star rating because they're well-crafted and the sound quality is top-notch. All in all, I'd say it's a pretty sweet deal!

these would be awesome if they had a way to turn them off. The sensor thats supposed to turn them off when not on your face doesn't work, they are constantly automatically playing and pausing both on and off my face, even when music app is closed completely out. The only way i can stop this issue is to plug them in and they automatically pair and start playing as soon as they are unplugged. its annoying and inconvenient, Ive been using $10 temu bluetooth glasses instead.

I can't tell you If these glasses are any good. They fit well and look good on my face, but that's about it. In the minor details it's stated that it'll work with andriod and to just message them about a QR code. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. Also they could of just attached the QR for the app. Don't waste your money.

Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product( What’s this? )

These glasses actually look pretty good for smart glasses. People would not really be able to tell they are smart glasses unless you are actively using it for music/calls. Interesting that they included standard temples that you can replace the smart temples with….I'm not going to get smart glasses to use them as normal glasses….but you have the option if you want

The smart features….as another user mentioned, there is no Android app that you can download from the Play Store, so as of now I still can't get the app to test the translation feature. The music and phone functions worked fine though. The speakers are good enough for casual music listening – you're not going to get high fidelity from these speakers. The call quality was good, with the speakers performing really well. Really enjoyed these glasses for the open air calling.

The touch controls were a little flaky for me. Sometimes the swipe functions don't work at all, resulting in the frame only registering the swipe as a tap, so no adjusting volume or skipping songs. Fixes itself by reconnecting the glasses, but I'm not sure what makes it glitch like that.

It's nice that it automatically connects when you put the glasses on and stops the music when taking the glasses of, it not having the ability to turn it on and off manually is not the greatest user experience. I've had it connect and turn music on automatically (damn you Spotify!) after putting the glasses away in the case.

There is a decent amount of noise leak, so anyone around you will be able to hear the music you are listening or your phone call.

Final gripe is that because the temples are designed as 2 separate pieces, you have to charge them separately and having to use a proprietary charging cable at that. I don't like having to carry around a specific cable just to charge this, but at least the cable fits in the case fine.

Hopefully the app comes officially to Android. Not sure if this will have firmware updates to improve functionality, so as of now I'd give it 3 stars. Good looking and good call experience, acceptable music performance, no translation functionality for Android

They only work if you have service for them and the music change on its own cause there so sensitive and if you leave finger prints on them they’ll cut on and off until you wipe them

This smart eyewear is super handy for anyone who needs quick and easy translation. It’s not just speech-to-text—it can even translate in real-time during face-to-face conversations! Perfect for travel or everyday situations where language is a barrier. Plus, it’s super lightweight, so you barely feel it on. Definitely a must-have!

These are NOT smart glasses in any sense of the word. What they are is very cheap UV lenses (pretty sure they're not even blue light blockers) with very weak bone conduction earbuds built into the earpieces. Once BT is connected the earbuds work ok-ish, but far from the best sound (even for bone conduction earbuds which are usually more tinny to begin with). Also the ear-stems are so cheaply made that every single time I took them off some poorly designed seam ripped some hairs out right above my ear. So yeah, expect some pain every time you wear them.

Overall just…don't even bother with these. Save your hundred bucks or whatever and get a set of good earbuds.
