This is quite an interesting gadget – it's basically a fitness watch, but without the screen!
Whilst having no display may seem strange, it does have it's benefits:
– Distraction free, except the vibrations from notifications (which can be disabled)
– A much lighter build, around 30% lighter compared to a fitness watch of the same dimensions
– Significantly better battery life, this can last a month on one charge with daily usage, compared to having to charge every few days
In terms of size, it's roughly the same height as my Series 4 38mm Apple Watch, but just a bit slimmer, and with an all-plastic build.
It comes with two bands – the military green/blue Velcro strap, and a regular blue silicone strap with fastener. Whilst I do prefer the blue strap, the green one is much easier to put on.
It connects to the free QWatchPro app very easily, and has a bunch of useful metrics including step counter, heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure and stress, plus there's also a walking/running/bicycle tracker so where you can set up regular routes and compete against yourself to increase your times.
It's quite a handy little device and certainly is useful for those that want something completely distraction free.
