Just got this chair today, assembly is very easy and the parts are very robust, most of this chair feels high quality except the plastic paddle on the lever that adjusts the height and locks & unlocks the reclining function and the headrest attaches to the back of the chair. That part is a bit cheap feeling but as long as you don't have someone jokingly pull the chair back by the headrest it shouldn't be a problem, but if some joker wants to pull on it to scare you, it could break eventually.

As to the long term comfort, right now I can not attest to that yet. But what I can tell you is that this chair is not meant for very wide people with a very large rear-ends. The chair is narrow, I am a small guy 5'5" 150lbs and this chair is just the right size for me.
THE HEADREST at its lowest setting and tilted all the way back is just the right place for it to rest just under the back of my skull and just above me shoulders just they way those U shaped travel neck pillows rest around you neck to give the back of your neck support when you are traveling. So if you are shorter, it wont rest there most likely. That's where I like it to be but you may differ, but what I can tell you is that if you don't rest it there it will force your head forward because it doesn't move back any farther, which I don't like.
THE LUMBAR SUPPORT is okay, this chair allows you the screw it in as far as you like and for me its in the right place, but as far as it goes I've never had a chair with this so it takes some getting used to, but you an just unscrew it so you cant feel it, but I want to be in a proper ergo so I will just get used to it.
THE ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT is good for me as a short guy many office chairs don't adjust low enough, and even though I can put my feet flat on the ground for most of them, the weight of the backs of my legs are entirely being held by the chairs seat instead of letting me reduce pressure on the back of my legs with my feet allowing my knees to be at an 80 degree angle instead of a hard 90 degree angle putting unneeded pressure on my hamstrings. I am using it while writing this review and it is currently at the lowest setting and it is perfect for me, so if you are shorter then me take that into account. As well be careful with the lever that adjusts the height because it is one of the only things that I can see breaking if you are not mindful.
THE BACK REST is very comfortable because for me at least it has a high back and is just broad enough in the shoulders and for a small guy I have broad shoulders. I have a different mesh chair with a short back and the metal frame that holds the mesh on that chair constantly digs into my back and I cant bare sitting in it for very long but it was free so beggars cant be choosers. There is nothing able to do that on this chair for my body size and I appreciate that very much.
THE SEAT is fully mesh with a cushion under the knees and seems to be comfortable as of right now, as I said long term comfort is still to be decided. But at first feel, I can say as long as you keep your legs facing forward I don't foresee a problem. But when I decided to buy a fully mesh chair I realized one of my favorite ways to sit will no longer be possible. I like to Spread my legs and have my right leg off the side of the chair instead of the front. With mesh chairs, because of their nature, they are elevated on the sides similar to a bucket seat chair, but there are no cushions so it will surely cut off circulation so this is a no go. This is something I knew going into this purchase and decided it was worth a try and I can just get used to it. Another position I like is to sit in my chair cross legged. This is still possible but not the most comfortable because the bucket shape isn't as comfortable for my feet.
The comfort of the seat is probably the most important part of this chair for me. I will be sitting in it every day for very long periods of time and I need something that wont fatigue my butt, tailbone and the back of my legs, if this mesh seat creates pressure points and I begin to get sore, I will try and update this review, and I will probably return the chair and look for a regular cushion chair or buy the regular cushion style of this chair because they make one with a plush cushion as well. Hope this cleared something up for some of you.

The lumbar support is like a solid punch to back pain, keeping me comfortable even during long hours of work.

The adjustable headrest is a real lifesaver, giving my neck the support it needs after a day of stunts and action. Plus, the chair looks sleek and stylish, fitting right into my office dojo. Assembly was a breeze, with clear instructions that even a kung fu master could follow.

This chair is exactly what I was looking for: something reasonably sturdy and comfortable that looks nice in my home and isn't absurdly expensive. I've had it for about six months and I use it on all my WFH days and in the evenings when I log back on (tragic). It's a little creaky and I find myself needing to stand up walk around because my butt hurts after a long period of sitting, but there are a lot of things I like about it.

I love that I can lock it in a straight sitting position for working and then easily pull the little lever and lounge all the way back if I'm on a long call or taking a break. The head rest is especially great when you lean back in the chair and I find myself sitting at my desk, leaning back in this chair, when I catch up with friends or scroll on my phone. I also love the way the arm rests adjust. You can adjust the armrests up and down like most chairs but also forward and back and pointing in toward yourself or out, depending on where your elbows hit.

It was relatively easy to put together and each piece felt very solid. I expect this chair to last many years.

Okay, I Could have bought the $1,000+ similar to this, as I got rid of a beautiful leather executive chair to replace with this chair. The chair I had looked perfect 5 years later, but it felt horrible after 25-45 minutes of work; there was no real support other than it looked great in a nice, rich brown leather.

However, I was CONSTANTLY in pain and decided to jump here first. HOLY FU@# was I glad I did!

What did I gain? HOURS of focused work without pain, a firm customized feel, the ability to slide closer to the desk, and a better position due to the adjustable armrests as we advance and back. That alone helps minimize corporal tunnel syndrome, so I am fully supported from neck to lumbar to butt in the seat.

I am happy I got this chair. I look forward to working with better support and feeling more focused. I did not realize how much being in pain in the wrong chair can screw with work productivity, but there is a direct correlation. With the $50.00 off coupon I got it for $180.00 which is fair, some have paid more, some less at times from what I can see.

However, being pain-free is priceless, and I sold my old chair for $50.00 in one day, with no hassle and easy pickup on FB Marketplace. All in all, I invested $130.00 and gained a new layer of motivation.

It is similar to any office chair, except it is harder to balance from seat to back because the lumbar is awkward. It is easier to have two people on that part or to rest it across the corner of your mattress to combine those two areas if solo. I did this alone and used the corner of the bed trick for assembly. I used the corner of the mattress due to assembly requiring armrests installed on the seat before adjoining it to the back, so this is just a helpful tip.

But I do urge you to buy this. It is VERY SOLID, WELL-MADE; extra parts are given and packaged perfectly and securely. WONDERFUL Choice!

    Excellent build

I was a little concerned that i would struggle with the build of the chair. It was very well thought out by company including providing gloves to use. This comes in handy when using the provided screwdriver to tighten all the screws.

One issue i did was was the casters are difficult to put in. However once i aligned the caster so that it was straight i was able to use my what to whack it…a bit painful on the hand but the chair is so strudy that its worth a 1 minute discomfort. Worst case let one of your kids do that part.

All in all happy with the comfort of the chair and the setup of the head rest which is quite flexible. Super comfortable and the color (i purchased the grey one) is very nice a little change from black.

It took 3 weeks to reach me (it was informed upon placing order), even though there is no tracking available, seller is quite responsive. I would give 5 stars if they provide installation service too (at least an payable option). It took me appx 40mins to get it all fixed, as it quite heavy when fixing the bottom. Not much complain in terms of the quality, but the mesh fiction will probably rub against your skin if you are wearing shorts (working from home).

    Good Value, Easy to Build

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 23, 2019

(NEW) UPDATE: So I've had this chair for a while now and I've found it really is better than every single other chair at this price point – I know this because I have had friends ask me for a good priced chair around the same I paid and well… It doesn't get any better than this one at all.

I'm changing this to 5 STARS! The company is making good strides into providing the best customer service possible, so even if you do run into an issue you can just email the company and they'll take care of everything for you. I think this is going to be my "go-to" company for buying chairs from now on, easily. Their customer service and the actual chair itself is such high quality, you won't find anything like it for the price charged.

    Thanks 🙂

(OLD) ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've got carpal tunnel and ulnar nerve issues in my arm/wrist because of my constant gaming and university work. I needed a chair to be comfortable in and this is as close as it gets without spending thousands of pounds on a Herman Miller or Steelcase and let's face it, no chair is worth thousands of pounds.

    Positives:
    – Great breathable mesh on BOTH the back and bottom, just like the Aeron chair (which I've replaced with this).
    – Comes with a great headrest! Some companies would charge a lot of money for this.
    – Very adjustable, not only the fully moveable armpads and height, but also the backrest and headrest.
    – Comes with gloves! What a thoughtful thing, keeping our hands clean during assembly. Brilliant job guys! 🙂
    – Small company, so they offer a lot of support and give you a direct email to contact them if you have questions.
    – Very easy to set up. Don't forget to use the washers when screwing.

    Negatives:
    – Armrests are still too hard and made out of the standard plastic they all use, only slightly softer. Pretty big letdown for such a nice chair. If they had good soft leather armpads (like the Aeron) it would instantly make this chair #1 on Amazon.
    – They use quite a lot of plastic in packaging which I'm not a fan of. If they move towards replacing the plastic with paper/card, I would feel much better about supporting this company. Save the environment and you'll have me as a customer for life.

This is still the first day I have for owning this. I ran into an issue where I couldn't figure out how to lock the backrest again, but all you gotta do is push the height-lever in or out. Worked it out pretty quick but it should be listed in the instructions instead. I might look at this review again and change it, if the chair breaks quickly or has further issues.

I'll let you guys posted every few months on the chair so keep checking back on this review.

I'm giving this a 4 out of 5. High priced, good value, good comfort but missing some key things.

Hope this helps. If you found this helpful, please hit the "HELPFUL" button below. It'll really help me too. 🙂
