I love great value in a product that I will use everyday!
I researched for a few days before I narrowed it down to this particular robot vac. I have owned a couple over the last 15+ years and this will be my 3rd different brand. I like the build quality, the set up was very quick and it was fully charged out of the box. I ran it a few times and it took care of the dog hair and everything else on the floor within an hour (living room, dining room, kitchen). For the price, this really is a great bargain!

    This robot is everything that one can ask for, it is very convenient, fast and reliable. The mop combo is awesome as it helps remove stickiness on the floor and other debris alongside.

    Since I have stairs leading down, this robot even learns to not fall off the stair.

    Overall I love all the functionalities.

    I love this robot vac! It has great suction & picks up a lot of dust & dirt in it’s little bin! It goes over carpet edges easily! The mop function works great! The bin filter & mop pad are washable & easy to keep clean & reuse. I love the remote which lets me control the direction of the vacuum. I’ve been running my robot vac almost daily since it arrived because I live in desert conditions & have 2 small puppies and I’m super surprised & impressed at the quality for the money! I didn’t want a mapping robot vac because I vacuum different rooms at different times, depending on daily room traffic. I just shut the doors or block the entryway to focus on a single room-I get a very thorough cleaning that way. The charge is great and lasts up to nearly 2 hours, which is wonderful & something I didn’t expect! It charges up quickly, but it needs to be in the room with the charging base before running out of charge to find its way back to the charger when running.

    Helpful tips: #1: Remove the sweeper brushes before vacuuming carpet so they don’t get twisted in the carpet fibers or hair in the carpeting. Not a big deal if they do, the sweepers are easy to reshape if it happens.
    #2: be sure to pick up cords off the floor so it doesn’t get caught in them & pull anything off of your shelves, end tables, etc.
    #3: remove the mop tank & mop board/pad before vacuuming carpet so the carpet doesn’t get wet.
    #4: Empty the bin and/or the water tank after every use & wash the filter & mop pad often for best performance.

    All-in-all it’s a great little robot vacuum!

    Al does it all

    Lidar mapping in this unit makes it worth its weight in gold. I have a 2600 ft² house with two living areas. I have created maps for the kitchen dining room foyer that have a lot of detail.
    I have merged and arranged so that the areas that get dirty quickest are all together. I don't have to move my furniture but of course the results are better and the work is quicker if I do so in my kitchen for instance I move a couple of chairs across and imaginary line that I've created and that leaves the whole kitchen area clear. Then when I do the dining room I just push those chairs back over the line and now the dining room is clear. Then "Al", that's my name for the guy, can accomplish his work quickly and effectively.
    I use another map for the apartment area of our house that my son lives in. A third area includes the master bath where we like to do cleaning and mopping just as in the kitchen. I've gotten sophisticated enough to exclude rugs in areas that I want to mop, or wall off other areas where I don't want Al to go. He understands. I can send Al out from the charging station, or I can carry him over closer to the area I want him to work in. He always figures out where he is in about 90 seconds and goes to work.
    Al has plenty of battery to do all the sweeping and mopping and then find his way back to the charging station. He charges fast. Battery life is never an issue.
    Upkeep is simple takes me about a minute to empty the box add more water and ready the mop for the next round.
    Before we got Al, my wife had a hard time getting me out with a mop and a broom. Now I'm the romantic lead in her life again and Al is the stuntman who does the work.

    Best Household Appliance….Is a vacuum an appliance!?

    'Plug & Play'. Charge and Go! I thought I would need the app to work the vacumm, not so, just charge it and press 'Auto' on the remote and away it goes. Now there is minor assembly requred, ie, snap on the sweeper brushes, ready the batteries for the remote, and position it on charging station. I have wood floors with area rugs and bathroom mat, the sweeper brushes have gotten stuck on the mat but not on the rugs. It also got stuck on my smaller speaker wire. I now take the minute to move these items out of it's path. With the rotating sweeper brushes it cleans corners, under cabinets, beds, etc, and the sweeper brushes lightly buff the wood floors. It's easy and fast to clean. I did watch/kept an eye on it the first time to see how it works….I recomment you that. Now I usually start it and leave the house and it usually finds it's way back to the charging station but not always becuase it's gotten stuck in a tight spot. Now if they could make one for a car!!!

    Good suction, but it keeps getting lost!

    It does a good job of cleaning the floor, including a small section of carpet, and a so-so job of moping. But 90% of the time I come home and find that it has run until the battery dies and is far from its home base. For some reason, it rarely goes back to the charger when the battery gets low. It also has a habit of dying in inconvenient places, like under the buffet! So I have to search around for it, and lay on my stomach to retrieve it- sometimes barely reaching it, so I can place it back on the charger.

    I also wish it came with a base/recharging station that allowed the unit to be elevated- as the mop part stays damp. Because the damp mop part sits on the floor, there is a risk of damage if kept on wood. Unfortunately for us, placing the charging station on the tile floor means it’s kind of in the way.
