Spanish: Estoy enamorada de este robot. Tiene muchísimas funciones que realmente no tenía idea de que en verdad funcionarían. Evita objetos y mascotas y los clasifica, detecta suciedad, detecta alfombras y no se queda atascado, detecta cuando su mopa está sucia y la va a limpiar. En fin, innumerables cosas positivas, y lo más importante, la calidad con la que limpia y aspira es impresionante. Si es cierto que no viene con otros accesorios de repuesto, solo con una bolsa de polvo extra, pero no es problema porque podemos comprar las mismas de la versión QRevo qué se lanzó recientemente y sirven para esta versión también y con respecto a los demás accesorios; se lanzarán al mercado en 1 o 2 meses, pero no se asusten con el tiempo de demora ya que los accesorios con que viene incluido duran muchisimo más tiempo de lo q imaginan. Con respecto al líquido para limpieza inicialmente no tenía y solo utilizé agua y pues el resultado es casi el mismo como si tuviera el líquido, aunque lo uses solo con agua de igual manera limpia perfecto, como ejemplo de esto tengo mi propia situación, mi casa llevaba casi 3 semanas sin haberle limpiado el suelo y las alfombras, precisamente cuando me llegó el robot lo puse en funcionamiento para retarlo a limpiar todo(sin tener el liquido limpiador, solo agua), y para mi sorpresa al terminar dejó la casa igual de limpia que si la hubiera limpiado yo, definitivamente eso fue un "SI" para quedarme con el. Tengo 2 gatos que sueltan mucho pelo, más yo y mi esposo y realmente nos hacía falta esto ya que el tema de limpiar el suelo se nos volvía complicado con tanto trabajo, pero ahora ya puedo estar tranquila y regresar a casa sabiendo que ya no tengo q preocuparme más por la limpieza del suelo de mi casa 🩷 English: I am in love with this robot. It has so many features that I really had no idea would actually work. It avoids objects and pets and classifies them, it detects dirt, it detects carpets and doesn't get stuck, it detects when its mop is dirty and it goes to clean it. In short, countless positive things, and most importantly, the quality with which it cleans and vacuums is impressive. It is true that it doesn't come with other replacement accessories, only with an extra dust bag, but it's not a problem because we can buy the same ones from the QRevo version that was recently launched and they work for this version as well and regarding the other accessories; they will be launched on the market in 1 or 2 months, but don't be scared by the delay time since the accessories that it comes with last much longer than you imagine. Regarding the cleaning liquid, I initially didn't have any and only used water and the result is almost the same as if I had the liquid, even if you use only water it cleans perfectly, as an example of this I have my own situation, my house had been almost 3 weeks without having cleaned the floor and carpets, precisely when the robot arrived I put it into operation to challenge it to clean everything (without having the cleaning liquid, only water), and to my surprise when it finished it left the house as clean as if I had cleaned it myself, that was definitely a "YES" to keep it. I have 2 cats that shed a lot of hair, plus me and my husband and we really needed this since the issue of cleaning the floor became complicated for us with so much work, but now I can be calm and return home knowing that I no longer have to worry about cleaning the floor of my house 🩷

    First a little history. We've had a few robot vacumms and the last one was the top of the line Irobot. The Irobot lasted about 5 years and several replacement parts later it finall y quit working. We've had a Roborock in the past that I liked so I decided and got this one. Within the first hour, plugged base in, mapped approx. 1800 sqft downstairs, set up room dividers, set up schedules and started the 1st vacuum job. All within an hour of unpackaging! Probably the easiet thing I've ever set up, period. Seriously have no regrets, confirmed I made the right purchase and so far worth every penny!

    I had A Q5 Max for just vacuuming and it worked great , but did not fit under my furniture. So I bought a Dyson 360 had it for 2 days and I am returning it , It could not even keep up with the Q5 Max , So I stepped up to the Saros 10 , One incredible machine fits under my furniture vacuums awesome and mops my tile and laminate floors perfectly , Easy setup and mapping and room partitioning and schedule setting. And the easy fill and drain for mopping is perfect.

    I quite like this and am happy we bought it. It has been cleaning well for the last month or so. The dust bag is big enough we haven't needed to replace it yet. The water we replace every 3-4 days. Monthly maintenance is a simple 16 steps (with sub-steps if you do all of it – it is pretty involved!)

    The disappointing things are that it didn't come with everything. No little detergent or replacement parts other than dust bag. So if you buy this, you are also committing to buying the parts on a regular basis.

    It is quite though, and gets up "hills" in the floor fairly well.

    Just got the machine, have not put it through it's paces yet, but just in case you're thinking about purchasing, it does not come with any cleaning solution and they explicitly say not to use any other kind. For this kind of money, There is no excuse not to include a small bottle of cleaning solution. It does come with one spare dust bag, but as of this writing on 2/16/2025 there are none available to purchase. I'm ordering the cleaning solution now, and will update this review once I get to know the machine better.

    Support contacted me after writing this review and paid for my cleaning solution. I understand now why it's not included, it takes a whole bottle! Not sure how long that lasts, we'll see. As for performance, it does a great job distinguishing between our throw rugs and hard floor, increasing the suction on the rugs. We had an old roborock before, and the app was not great. The new app is way better, but then again this machine has alot more features. The mop function is better than I expected, I just did a small room, the kitchen. Vacuum and mop each took about 10 minutes, which seemed decent. Did a really good job too, although there was no dried sauce on the floor or anything like that. Very happy so far, when we start dumping mop water and changing dust bags I'll let you know how that goes.

    Don't buy. Worked great for a few months, then started having trouble docking itself and eventually lacked the ability altogether. It stops working in the middle of a job, lying dead on the floor, constantly trying to reboot itself. Ive tried cleaning the sensors but that does nothing. I haven't contacted the company yet, but from what I hear they're not helpful and not what I bought the product for.

    I have had robot vacuums for quite a while and this vacuum is really incredible. The app allows you to adjust everything from the amount of time it washes the mop to how often it returns to the base and the amount of suction you want. The set up was so easy and it made a perfect map of the house on the first run. The only improvement that would be great is its ability to clean edges – I have had others do better. However, all things considered this mop was the best purchase I made this year.
    Now … if they could only make a robot vacuum that could pick up the pet hair on the stairs I would never have to vacuum or mop myself ever again! 😆

    Moro no Brasil, e primeiro que chegou com quase um mês antes. O que mais demorou foi quando parou na alfândega, mas não passou de uma semana e logo liberaram. A gente fica ansioso mas é bem certinha essa parte.

    Sobre o robô, que coisa linda! Venho de um xiaomi, que antes me atendia muito bem, e agora com esse parece que tenho um canhão em casa. O chassis consegue subir um baita degrau de minha casa e adorei isso! A limpeza é impecável, quase sem necessidade de passar um pano depois.     Overall, if you’re looking for a powerful, smart, and easy-to-use robot vacuum, the this is definitely worth the investment. It’s made my home cleaner and my life easier—I highly recommend it!

    I love this machine! I’ve purchased many of their main competitors robots in the past blissfully unaware of what I was missing. After a disastrous experience with another companies latest vacuum mop I decided to try RoboRock soros 10.
    It’s mapping is unmatched
    It’s quite AF
    It’s got unrivaled obstacle avoidance
    The mopping function is spot on!
    It gets a 5 star rating cuz it deserves it.
    My home has many obstacles that other robots simply couldn’t handle, the Soros10 handles it with ease.
    The app is intuitive to use.
    This thing goes under my couch! No other robot I’ve owned has been able to do that.
    Is there room for improvement? Of course there is, however this is one of (if not the) best on the market.
    I am eagerly awaiting the Soros10R, when that one becomes available I’ll get it for my upstairs and give an honest review.

    Effective cleaning and easy maintenance

    I’m very happy with how powerful the vacuum is and how well it vacuums and mops around edges. I have a cat with long hair which always caused my other robot vacuums to tangle. I have been using this robot for a month and I’ve had 0 hair tangles.
    I do have a couple of small gripes with the vacuum however. The AI obstacle avoidance and image recognition is horrible. At one point it recognized a book as a shoe and it thinks light reflecting on my dark hardwood floors is dirt. It spent almost 10 minutes trying to clean the same spot where there was just light reflecting. I ended up disabling the remopping events after this happened on 2 separate occasions.
    My other small annoyance is that if you vacuum hours or even a day after the robot mopped the floor, it will drip water from its water supply hole in the back. It’s not a lot of water, but still annoying to have drips of water to wipe after the robot finishes vacuuming.
    Overall I’m still very happy with the purchase. I’m sure the AI recognition will improve. The cleaning effectiveness and detangling rollers are much more important for me.
