Want a fantastic review? Keep reading. Because not only did I buy myself this ring, but I also got one for my father because of how much I liked it.I first saw this ring on my friend and I asked him about it. So, the next day I ordered one on amazon. The main benefit is that this ring has NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! (thank you!) The last thing I need in my life are more monthly subscriptions.Its a one-time purchase of 299 and tada. All done.The second thing I like is the durability. This ring is made from titanium alloy, the same material used to build rockets (yes I'm serious). Thankfully, I'm not planning on taking my ring to outer space, but it is nice to know it will survive random bumps against the wall here and there. It is crazy light as well, 2g I believe. its not even noticeable while wearing it.The ring is also water resistant down to 100m, or 328 feet. Which is definitely enough for swimming at the beach, showering, and in the rare instance you go scuba diving.The RingConn app is great, and tells you everything you need to know – from steps to heart rate, heart rate variability, stress, sleep apnea and more.I was skeptical regarding the sleep apnea detection, but it works! I tried it out on myself and found out that I have no risk. HOWEVER, my father tried it and his results came back with 'risk of sleep apnea', so we got him an appointment to the doctors just to be sure. Keep in mind, we didn't know this prior to the ring! Sleep apnea can be incredibly dangerous and could even result in strokes, heart attacks, and even death. So, an appointment to the doctors was a no-brainer. Better be safe than sorry. It's crazy that a ring gave us the heads up… got to love tech!The battery life, as stated by RingConn says between 10-12 days and I personally found that to be accurate. This does depend on the ring size. Smaller ring = smaller battery. But in general, you should expect to get the rated battery life.charging the ring from 0-100% takes a little longer than an hour, and charging the charging case takes about an hour and a half. Something to note is that with the charging case, you should get 150 days of battery life which means you'll only charge the case itself 2-3x per YEAR!All in all, if you want to get yourself a little health assistant, or maybe buy your elderly parents a nice present that looks after them even in the slightest, I think this ring is an easy buy. I'm actually considering to buy one for my mother as well.if anything changes, I'll make an update in the "edit" underneath this line. If you don't see any update, then everything works as expected!Edit:

    Finally a ring The checks all the boxes. I mainly bought for the sleep apnea algorithm which seems to work pretty good and does not require any additional subscription. All the other data is good, that is, as good as these types of devices get. Even with sleep apnea monitoring running, battery life is about 10 days. It seems to run so long that I absolutely forget when I charged it last. Data collection interval is pretty good, every two or three minutes. Unlike some of the cheaper Chinese rings that only collect data every 30 minutes. I have the shiny silver ring and the finish seems to be very durable. Been wearing it for a month now with no scratches. I have dropped it on the floor from a standing position a few times with no troubles. Bluetooth connection was easy and is very stable. Unlike some other popular ring options, this ring focuses mainly on the data and is not bombarding me with a lot of other stuff that I call " mood ring data", such as when should I be in the light, when should I turn out the lights, and other weird stuff I just don't care about. The user interface on the app is clean and is not trying to sell me a bunch of crap. Another gigantic Plus is the fact that this ring, besides being cheaper and having no subscription fee, also comes with a charging case that has its own battery supply. The charging case uses a standard USB C connection and charger. Recharging is pretty quick, requiring only about 85 minutes to charge the ring when it gets to about the 10% mark. So between the charging case and the fairly rapid recharging of the ring, having to deal with a dead battery is never a concern of mine. Just like some of the competitors, this ring does have temperature and some of the female related functions. This ring looks very much like my wedding band and I wear it in place of my wedding band. So this means I am free to wear one of my many mechanical wrist watches while also keeping track of health related data. I routinely wash my hands with the ring on and occasionally will take a shower with it on. It does not seem to affect it, but if I think of it I do take the ring off if I'm going to keep my hands wet for a long period of time. But to tell you the truth I don't think this really matters, it's just me trying to protect a piece of electronics on my finger. So far this ring checks all the boxes and I have to say it's been some time that I've purchased a product that seemed to deliver everything it said it would. If the battery continues to perform well with age and the outside finish of the ring continues to hold up, then I would say this ring is near perfect.

    Step tracking seems overestimated, with noticeably higher counts than my Apple Watch.

    While I’m happy to have some data to work with, I’m not fully confident in its accuracy. Still, it’s a solid option if you’re looking to avoid ongoing subscription fees.

    bought for my husband to replace the other popular sports ring for Christmas. this is a newer brand but its definitely one to invest in! you dont have to pay for a subscription which is a HUGE plus, we hate that everything is something you have to subscribe to for $15+ taxes and whatever other stuff.

    its super sleek looking and almost matte, super great quality. my husband had fun setting it up and learning about all the different features, it was super easy to do. the battery life is incredible compared to others, we also LOVED the little charging pod it comes with.

    we will see how durable it is, so far its been perfectly fine. my husband takes it off during weightlifting and when he is coming in contact with water, though i believe it is waterproof (he really likes it and doesnt want to do anything to break it).

    i will update in the future! until then i highly recommend.
