    This thing works terribly. I can get a reading maybe one out of 10 times I test. It’s all because of the handle and the useless customer support told me all I have to do is hold the handle tighter. Well, I’m telling them that there is a short or something faulty in the scale and they have been completely unhelpful.

    That has an inflammation issue that the scale is useless. It actually is not measuring anything of value and giving you arbitrary numbers and the whole thing is aAlso, that has a inflammation issue. I can tell you that the scale is useless. It actually is not measuring anything of value and giving you arbitrary numbers and the whole thing is a crock of crap. Weight is inaccurate, readings change crazy amounts… like over 20lbs of muscle gained over night, 40 lbs lost in bone mass the next… so angry about this product but furious at the lack of customer support.

    My husband and I both really like this scale and the app that helps us to track our weight, etc. I like that tit tracks more than just weight, it tracks the weight, BMI, water, fat, muscle, etc. We both like that it gets recognized by our apps. I also like that when my sons weigh themselves (or the dogs), I can remove the measurement from my progress to prevent misinformation. This is a really great scale, it is easy to clean as well. I do get nervous moving it on our ceramic tile floor, just in case I drop it – I'm afraid it will shatter. It is heavier, so it is more difficult to move, but maybe that will help it to not be as fragile.

    I love the scale and the fact that it automatically keeps track via an app and bluetooth. It seems very consistent and accurate versus hospital scale at work. My only complaint is that for women with smaller feet, it's sometimes hard to make sure you get yourself in the correct place for measuring the non-weight readings. I sometimes have to step back on, or shift my feet, so that I get the reading correct.

    It consistently says I have 18% body fat.. I’m a 50 yo woman who does not work out.. today it said 12%. I always measure the same time of day. This scale is garbage. I wrote the company on FB and got no response. Buy a different brand.

    Beware: new Renpho scale gives inflated readings

    Was excited to replace our two existing Renpho scales with this newer model until I used it. Difference between this new scale and both of existing ones (who show the exact same weight) is 5.1 pounds heavier. What? Just read a few reviews online that says Renpho changed their algorithm and their new scales can weigh heavier or lighter than previous scales, but 5 lbs is nuts. I wish I had seen that bit of info before ordering this. Returning and going with a different brand. No confidence or trust in the new Renpho model.

    I bought this because I am a big girl. And trying to find a decent scale is hard. But the reviews were good for this one. But I've had this scale for a while and anytime I stand on it it doesn't want to work. It will constantly be flickering and won't settle on a weight and the other half of the time it won't even turn on. So, I will not be buying this in the future.

    Quality scale and App that works

    I wanted a scale that worked and synced with my phone. I had purchased a Yunmai scale in 2018 but it was infuriating to use because on many occasions it would fail to record my BMI and sync with my phone. In 2020 i purchased a RENPHO Scale for a second home. It never failed to sync or record my BMI. I decided to purchase a better quality scale that did its job on a consistent basis and this larger Renpho scale fits the bill. The Renpho APP is easy to install and works great with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone. Both Renpho scales sync when i am at their locations without having to reconnect each time. the only negative I have is that this scale doesn't sync with Samsung Health;therefore, i docked the easy to use part one star. Both Samsung Health and Renpho need to swallow their pride and make their apps compatible.
