My printer kept saying it wasn't installed correctly, I ended up going to Walmart and buying the canon brand and compared them and there's a dark spot on the colored one that's why it wouldn't register. Very frustrating and a waste of money!! I won't be ordering again, there's no where to get a refund or return either
