Having read some of the other comments on this product there was a little confusion that one of the buttons (the left bottom button) said Dish Network, but in fact does not it's a sticker and this is an exact replica of an Onn. product remote. The remote itself is very easy to connect as long as you follow the directions you have to disconnect your previous remote before adding this one just like you would with any other streaming device without dropping names or this is Amazon so like the Amazon Fire stick.
I think the quality of the device is pretty good especially coming in at the price point of $12.99 and it's made out of ABS plastic. The replacement remote does feel a little different than the OEM remote however not by much, it's just due to a different ABS plastic that was used and a very subtle crease on the side. In fact, the only way you can tell the difference which I added a picture of is when you look in the internals of where you put your battery it's obviously a different logic board that's in this remote because it has a green board where the batteries go as to where the old OEM remotes do not.
However, I'm happy to say the remote functions just as it should, there's no compatibility issues especially with some of these coming devices coming with Android 12 and has to get updated to Android 14 or just comes with Android 14 out the box. Either way, there's no compatibility issues and it's a great price for a replacement remote and it just works. Honestly, IF you just follow the directions step by step, you will have absolutely no issues. Good replacement remote and I feel good about recommending it. take a look at the photos as well so it clears up the confusion of one of the buttons being wrong everything is spot on.
