I am a verified customer and purchased this product independently. I've been using this product for a few weeks regularly. The projector has a smaller format than most pull-down projectors available and is comparably lightweight because of it. This is great for handling and moving to different locations. Such as an indoor to outdoor table. Its "scissor-lift" accordian support mechanism works really well as it provides a perfectly taughnt screen – vital for projection without distortion. I wouldn't imagine this mechanism to fail over time. i've have seen reviews where the corresponding adhesion / clamping hold on the screen has given away but this hasn't been my case thus far.I am using the screen in two different mounting methods. Both the "intended" self-supported upright orientation and a hanging method which i have modified to accomplish.Self Supported: Works as advertised. Both end caps have raised portions that allow the screen to stand up and support the frame. If your surface is not level you would need to "shim" one end as there is no design feature to compensate.Hanging: I taped a magnetic metal clip at each end. There are corresponding magnets attached to my ceiling where the clips affix easily. I used fairly strong magnetsI am most pleased with the collapsible/ handling features and the screen quality. In saying, this projector could really shine with some design integrations such as keyholes or a hanging method. An additional adjustment mech for un-level surfaces would be easy to accomplish too.Overall, I am pleased with the Pyle projector screen and will follow up with any future changes in my opinion of using the product.

I bought this screen because I was speaking in a small venue without projection equipment. I used a small projector and an iPad to run the on-screen presentation. The screen fit perfectly in a mail tube that I bought at Office Depot. All in all, it was a great system, and it got the job done in a fairly bright room.

I was able to place the screen on an easel, which the venue already had. If I were placing this screen on a table, I would use a clamp on the foot to keep it from tipping. The foot is narrow, but that makes it more portable. A clamp is a solution that is cheap and easily available.

For the money, this is a great screen. It raises and lowers very easily, and it is bright. It is light and small. We often travel to stay in a cabin over the Christmas holidays. This year, I will take this screen, along with the small projector, and we will be set for "movie night."

Like: Portable, lightweight. Perfect size for intimate screen showings with small groups.
Like: Nice durable quality. Works great with my projector system.

Dislike: If you are placing this in a restaurant setting, make sure the table is wide enough to support the entire base. At a booth or at a rectangular table, there is not much room for maneuvering. If the table cannot be accommodated to keep the entire base level, it won't stand up and falls over. The Screen doesn't have another option to keep it upright, if that makes sense.
Dislike: Would like to be able to be able to collapse the Screen Stand even further for ease of packing. Because of its length, I had to carry it with me like a walking stick everywhere and place it on overhead bins when traveling by plane.

Sturdy, well-made, and easy to set-up, and to close. The perfect size for use in my apartment, this screen pairs well with my Canon Rayo S1 portable projector for viewing webinars, and Zoom meetings. I will also use it for inspecting documents in my research (old handwriting is often easier to read when enlarged to exaggerated proportions). It may also see service this summer on my patio for an outdoor movie night. This is a very good product.

I was a little concerned that it was 4×3 instead of 16×9. However, it took it camping and was able to tilt my projector so when I laid down the picture was right side up. I could still get a decent size 16×9 picture because the screen is a good size top to bottom.
It's very easy to open and close. The screen case seem to be tough enough to deal with the bumps and dings of campting.

It came broken with the locking mechanism stuck in the locked position. Didn’t realize it in time to return and wasted my money. Can’t even get any support from the manufacturer or Amazon.
