Great budget lav mics
If you don't already know the Purple Panda lav mics are some of the best budget mics on the market. For the price this dual mic kit is hard to beat. You get a carrying pouch for everything. Also included is the lav mics, 2 extension cables, 2 splitter cable, a trrs to trs cable and some additional mic clips and wind muffs. All in all this is a fantastic little kit. Here is a little hint for you: You know all those budget wireless dual lav kits that have been coming out lately? In the ones that actually include lav mics, the quality of those mics are just awful. For a quite budget upgrade in the audio quality of those kits just pick up this Purple Panda kit. You will absolutely hear the upgrade in audio quality.

    sound quality is good on a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra. The mic sounded a little muffled when plugged into the 3.5mm to type c adapter. Used the trs adapter and the sound is alot more crisp. For the price, its a good buy for a beginner content creator or someone who'd like to use casually. The only knock on it tho is the bag it all comes in is very small. You're basically just stuffing it all in there just squeezing it all in.

    Received the Dual Pack Mics and tossed them in the box with the Hero 9. Not intending to use the camera or accessories immediately. When it was time to use them found they DID NOT work on my HERO 9.
    I recorded a couple of hours of content and non of the audio was captured.
    WELL! What I didn't know was that with certain devices you need to use the included short adapter cable(s) that are supplied.
    The instructions don't tell you that and I happened to find this out watching a YouTube video.
    The mic works awesome

    I absolutely cannot believe the value per dollar you get with a purple panda mic. I got the splitter set with two mics and it came with so many extra things like adapter cables, extensions, etc. And really, they are SOOO inexpensive?! I really expected a crappy sound but these things are great for the money.

    I should also mention that the customer service is amazing. One of the two mics I ordered didn’t sound quite right so I shot an email over to PurplePandaStore.com ‘s customer support. With 24 hours, I get an email from an actual person (“Julie S” – it says in the email) and in no time, she’s sending me a new mic – which worked PERFECTLY btw.

    If you’re needing a cheaper lav mic that sounds good – just stop scrolling and order now. Purple Panda will take care of you.

    Didn't work at all, ruined my college project, missed my window to return, extremely angry!

    This product did not work at all and I am really angry about it! I really needed it for a college video course I had last quarter, was stuck having to use my extremely noisy internal DSLR camera mic. I could only do so much in Premiere Pro to fix the crappy audio so it basically ruined my final video for class that I worked incredibly hard on.

    I am on a very limited student budget so that is why I purchased this one. Wish I had paid more for something that actually worked. Was too busy with school finals to go through the hassle of returning but now I am stuck with a useless lav mic kit.
    And yes, it was firmly connected, I had my tech-savvy son and daughter-in-law try it as well. I also tested it on multiple devices besides my Canon DSLR camera, didn't work on my Iphone or any of my family members' brand new iphones.

    Even though I missed my return window, I feel I am owed a new kit that actually works or at least refunded what I spent on a useless product.

    I'll never purchase from this company again and will advise my fellow classmates to steer clear of these products if I am not compensated in some way.

    Took some work to set up for the computer

    They aren't bad, but they don't work well with a computer unless you also get a USB soundcard to run it through. Without that, it barely picks up any sound. Meaning whoever is listening on the other end has to crank up their volume to the max to hear a whisper of your sound. Get a USB soundcard, preferably one with a gain adjustment, and make sure you use the included TRS adapter. without that it won't work at all in your PC or laptop.

    So overall not bad, just didn't expect to have to spend another $12 just to make it work good on my computer.
