Why does the green beam disperse into a line？

The lens might be dirty, causing this issue. Please clean the lens gently using a soft cotton cloth.

Why can’t I activate Turbo mode with a double-click?

If double-clicking cannot activate Turbo, it may be due to the battery level being below three bars, please charge it. Alternatively, the issue could be caused by the device triggering over-temperature protection if the temperature is too high.

Why can’t I turn it on？

Please charge to activate before first use. Or please press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or UV light to unlock.

If the USB-C charging port cover breaks, will it affect the waterproof performance?

The cover is not waterproof but mainly dustproof, and it does not affect the waterproof performance. The Type-C charging port itself is rated IPX7 waterproof.

What is the expected battery lifespan of the ArkPro Ultra?

The battery retains over 80% capacity after 500 charge cycles.
