I really like this journal. It is beautiful and the quality is very good. I was surprised at how well my pen doesn’t go through the pages (using Pilot FriXion pens so that also helps, but still it depends on the paper, too). I found I can’t expect to erase things on the pages, because of the fibrous nature of the paper, but the paper is easy to write on and thicker than it appears. The latch/lock mechanism works well, and the binding seems sturdy enough that I should be able to re-tie it with new paper in the future. Definitely recommend!
