Customers find the power bank convenient for traveling and appreciate its multiple charging ports that can power multiple devices simultaneously. The battery life and charging speed receive mixed feedback – while some report it lasts several hours, others say it doesn't last a day, and while some can charge their phones from 23% to 100%, others report it doesn't work at all. The portability, weight, and battery capacity also get mixed reviews, with some finding it easy to carry and not too heavy, while others consider it bulky and note the advertised capacity doesn't match the actual capacity.
