Works With Onn Android TV, Except For Some Buttons
I got this for my Onn Android TV box (the 4k one), and it connects very easily. The buttons are good, different from the OEM remote but satisfyingly clicky. Unfortunately, the settings button and the specific media buttons (YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and HBOMax) do not register with the Android TV box. They do work, the light on the remote turns on when you press them, but they don't produce any action. However, all of those are just shortcuts, so I can do everything I need to, including what those do, by just taking a few more steps. Overall, solid backup remote, but missing some compatibility with the Onn Android TV Box.

    It's very hard to find a replacement for a lost or broken Google TV remote. They aren't the traditional, cheap, infrared remotes. This remote, like your original, links to your TV or streaming box via Bluetooth, which lets you have a much higher level of control including being able to use voice control. At this price this a must buy.

    The remote worked great with my ONN 4k pro streaming box for 2 days. Also had Volume, Input and power working for my Sony receiver. Then the indicator light came on red and It didn't go off, only way to get it off is to take out the batteries. Now the remote still works the streaming box but not for the Sony receiver, tried everything to reprogram it but still not working. I guess I will have to return it.

You can’t pair until you unpair the previous remote. This remote takes AAA batteries only

How To Pair: Press the Auto Pairing button on your device.
