Overall this is an awesome product for it's size, features & picture quality. Just a litle larger than a soda can and you have a world of entertainment in the palm your hand. The Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector amazes on several levels. The sound that is projected is shockingly loud. I fill a bedroom thats 14 x14 at only 32 percent volume. The picture quality is mindblowing, mind you a good quality projector screen is a factor to maximize this…which I don't have yet. See video for a sample of out of the box settings image quality. There are so many adjustments to picture, screen size, sound ect. that cheaper projectors won't have and are found on this Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector. The user interface is slow to navigate due to the Google user interface with all the widgets, info, video previews, recommendations ect. which slows down the performance of this unit badly. The fix you might ask, well just look at the fifth picture for the answer. The Nubula Capsule 3 Laser Projector was faster to navigate, open/close apps & respond to remote button presses by a factor of ten (10) after the fix. The only negative that I have so far would be the remote, it won't light up when picked up every time, very frustrating. So I have to either press mute or raise then lower the volume for the remote buttons to light up most of the time. If the remote operated like the Nvidia Shield TV Pro Remote does then this would be a perfect projector. For those that were disappointed about the brightness, well remember this. A projector is meant to be viewed in a dark room, like when you go to the movies with NO LIGHTS ON. In my bedroom I have a nightstand lamp set to low and it doesn't affect the projectors picture at all.Overall I am highly pleased and enjoy the fact that I can watch a monster picture in my bedroom all from a projector that fits in my hand that's just a little larger than a soda can. Traveling with this is so convenient for it's size and the accessories that you can get. I got the tripod, case & portable screw mounted stand all from Anker. So yeah with the projector and all the accessories it's pricey though I bought when on sale at Amazon & saved a lot, all accessories were like free with money saved and then some. I highly recommend the Nebula Capsule 3 Laser Projector, one of many purchases that I love. Also remember made by a reputable company that puts customers first & listens to them…..Anker!
This projector replaced an older projector I used when camping in van. This new one is amazingly simple to use, super compact, had bright picture of great quality (cast on reflective white fabric hung on side of van with magnetic clips), more than loud enough with built in speaker and Google TV is excellent. I did not experience any of the privacy issues complained of in recent review (no need to give access to contacts or call logs). AirPlay and windows 11 screen mirroring work well. Customer service was extremely responsive and thorough on addressing my questions. Really couldn’t be happier with this projector and look forward to taking it on our travels.
Perfect little projector for transporting. The image quality blew my mind for being a projector. I can understand why some people complain about it not being as visible during the day time, however at night it serves its purpose well. We didn’t experience any rainbow effect in its projection of light. The sound quality is not bad 6/10, but could benefit from connecting to Bluetooth speakers for better movie viewing experience. I highly recommend purchasing the cradle stand in order to be able to adjust the angle of projection. My kids liked watching movies on the ceiling using the 90 degree tilt of the cradle. Streaming movies through one of the apps on Google TV was seamless via WiFi. Overall great product.
This is a great Laser projector. It is bright and the color is good. Battery could be better. It will last about 1.5 hours. Price is good. Wish it came with a stabilizer.
I, too, fell victim to the siren song of positive reviews. This mini Anker projector promised big-screen magic, and let me tell you, it delivers. My mind was officially blown the moment I held this thing. It's smaller than a soda can, but packs a punch that's anything but mini.
Setting up was a breeze, thanks to the autofocus and auto keystone correction. No fiddling with dials, just instant cinematic bliss. The built-in apps are a bonus, though I admit I'm a sucker for the classics – Netflix and YouTube all night long.
Speaking of picture, I was floored by the sharpness and brightness. My pitch-black bedroom became a mini movie theater, and even in less-than-ideal lighting, the 1080p resolution held its own. Sure, purists might crave an optical zoom, but for me, this digital one does the trick.
But this Capsule is more than just a projector. It's a travel-sized party waiting to happen. The Bluetooth speaker pumps out surprisingly loud, crisp audio, turning any hotel room into a dance floor. It's not my primary speaker, but for impromptu jam sessions, it's a total win.
Is it perfect? Not quite. The battery life, while decent, could be longer. And sometimes, the Android interface feels a tad sluggish. But for its size and price, these are minor quibbles.
Overall, the NEBULA Capsule 3 Laser is a game-changer. It's a portable powerhouse that lets you take your entertainment anywhere. Whether you're craving a backyard movie night or a spontaneous rooftop party, this little projector has you covered. In a world of bulky electronics, this is a pocket-sized marvel. Highly recommended!
P.S. Anker, if you're listening, a carrying case would be the icing on the cake!
Bonus points:
Laser technology means no bulb replacements, ever! Sleek and stylish design that looks as good as it performs. Perfect for travel, camping, or even impromptu presentations.
Final verdict: 5 out of 5 stars (with a bonus star for sheer portability!)

I purchased this product 02/24 that was pricier than most due to the image quality and the fact that I didn’t need to rely on a computer to project. It has its own speaker as well, which is quite loud. As of today, 11/24, Netflix is not available for download anymore and I get a message about “copy rights” when I try to airplay (mirror) Netflix from a phone to nebula. I have to use a computer and hdmi cable, which makes me feel like I should’ve gone with a cheaper projector, since I can’t even project from a phone and the device I paid almost 1k for less than a year ago is outdated.
Nebula needs to do better with the available apps. It’s making me regret my purchase.
This may not be the projector for everyone but it fits my needs perfectly. I wanted something for my bedroom that was compact, wireless, compatible with my iPhone, portable, etc.
I think it’s plenty bright. The pic with the menu screen was taken during the day. I could still see and operate it without issue but it’s best at night. The last pic was taken at night while watching a show. Currently set up on a headboard mount about 9ft away and it’s filling up the 100in screen. The sound is also great! It’s loud and has nice bass. Cool thing is I can also connect to my AirPods if I want to watch without waking someone up.
It has all the apps you need. Hulu, Prime, HBO Max, Disney+, Paramount, YouTube, and more. You just gotta login and it’s good to go! No need to cast from your phone but it does have that capability. It does have Netflix but it isn’t native. The interface is different and a bit of a hassle so it’s just easier to cast to the projector.
Battery life could be better but it lives up to the 2hr play time with the brightness at 50%.
Overall it’s been a great addition to my room and I’m quite happy.

I love it. It is exactly what I was looking for in a projector to watch movies on the patio. It's usable outside after sundown, is perfect later into twilight and gets better and better as it gets darker. You need to realistic with your expectations though, it's only 300 lumen.
Image quality is perfectly acceptable 1080p Brightness is adequately within expectations Sound is again, adequately with expectations (haven't tried to use it as a Bluetooth speaker yet and likely never will, I have a Sonos move for that)
Note: 5 stars value for money because I bought it for 30% off on Prime Day.
Minor gripes I have are: – It's meant to be a portable device but doesn't come with a case or bag or anything to transport it. – I wish they had given is just a bit more processing power. The menus are slow to react and it feels mildly sluggish. – I have not yet been able to verify 2.5 hours of battery life but to be fair I have usually boosted the brightness to max rather than leave it in auto mode. ~1.5 hours so far is the best I've experienced with eth brightness boosted like that.
This is a great little projector with amazing quality. This is a huge screen in a little package. The sound is surprisingly good quality and plenty loud enough.
