I've been skeptical about robot mops because they always miss the edges. Not this one. The EdgeReach technology gets almost flush against the baseboards, and the reversing side brush gets into corners better than any vacuum I've owned. The combination of powerful suction and deep mopping means my entire floor is cleaned, not just the middle.
It handles my mixed flooring effortlessly, boosting power on rugs and lifting the mop on carpets. The app is easy to use for scheduling, and the "Hey Nawa" voice command is a convenient touch. It's slim enough to get under my low-profile furniture.

I got the Narwal Flow after a friend’s tip and YouTube reviews—and it’s miles better than my old first-gen robot. The tech upgrade is huge, especially for mopping and obstacle avoidance.
It’s a daily lifesaver: keeps the house clean, so I have more free time. The track mop is thorough. It could target sticky spots (sauce, dried juice) and leave no streaks. With AI, LIDAR, and cameras, it finds messes and adjusts its cleaning strategy perfectly.
Obstacle avoidance is top-tier too. No more bashing chairs or getting stuck on Lego—this one steers clear of toys, rugs, cords. I’ve even caught myself watching it work; it’s quiet and efficient. I totally like the smart AI cameras. It turns on a small light when used at night—illuminates the floor so it never misses a spot in the dark.
Post-clean, it self-washes mops, sanitizes the dust bin, and checks water clarity—if dirty, it runs a second cycle. The app is simple: map rooms, pick spots to clean (like post-dinner kitchen), and tweak settings (suction, mop wetness) or let AI handle it.

I really enjoy using this unit! My home has mostly hardwood floors, and since I often walk around barefoot indoors and cook regularly, frequent mopping is important to me. The Narwal Flow addresses this need well. I was intrigued when I first saw it advertised. Having used three other robot vacuums in the past, I found their mopping performance somewhat lacking—even models with spinning mop pads tended to leave streaks. The Narwal Flow, however, leaves my floors looking clean and shiny. Maintenance is straightforward: the mop cleans effectively after self-washing, and once dry, it remains soft without developing odors or mold. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its ability to handle tough stains—it’s quite satisfying to watch. Definitely a good choice!

I have had this one day and wow am I impressed! It’s amazing watching it work! Its ability to clean and map is insane! I procrastinated spending the money, but wow I am glad I did!! Life changing for someone that has rods in her back and can’t mop. So easy to set up and use! Wow the dirt it got off in one outing!!!

What I love:
-The roller mop is outstanding. It cleans dried food spills on the kitchen floor and muddy footprints by the door perfectly. I never have to get on my knees to scrub tough spots anymore, and it leaves all my floors looking shiny.
-It’s fully versatile. It vacuums pet hair off the carpet, mops hardwood and tile floors, and even gets into the tight spaces between the counter and the sink. One machine takes care of all my floor cleaning needs, no more switching between different tools.
-It’s thin enough to slide under my bed! Those areas used to be covered in dust because I couldn’t reach them, but now they get cleaned every time the robot runs.
-The app is simple to use. I can choose specific rooms to clean, set a schedule for weekday mornings, or start a cleaning session while I’m out running errands. It always works without any issues.
-The water tank holds enough for my 900 sq ft house. I don’t have to stop halfway through to refill it. After cleaning, I empty the dirty water, rinse the tank out, and it’s ready to go again for next time.
Cons:
Like most good robot cleaners, it’s a bit pricey. I had to budget for a few months before buying it, but it’s totally worth the cost.

We have been using the NARWAL Flow for a few days now, and we are very happy with it. At first, we weren’t sure if it would live up to the price, but it has already exceeded our expectations. The suction is extremely powerful carpets look noticeably cleaner, and it easily picks up dust and crumbs from corners and edges.
The mop feature is impressive. Unlike other robot mops we’ve tried, this one doesn’t just spread dirty water around. The FlowWash self-cleaning system keeps the mop pads fresh during cleaning, which really makes a difference on hardwood and tile floors. Our floors actually look freshly mopped every time.
The obstacle avoidance is also excellent. It smoothly navigates around chairs, furniture, and even smaller items on the floor without getting stuck. So far, we haven’t had to stop and rescue it once. The self-emptying feature is another big plus less maintenance and more convenience.
Setup was simple, and the app is very user-friendly. We were able to schedule cleanings, adjust suction, and choose between vacuum and mop modes right from our phone.

Pour un robot à ce prix, mes attentes étaient très hautes… et elles ont été complètement satisfaites. Le Narwal Flow est équipé de deux gros bacs d’eau : un pour l’eau propre et un pour l’eau sale. Il suffit d’ajouter 2-3 bouchons de nettoyant dans l’eau propre et le tour est joué.L’application est super bien faite, très complète et bourrée de fonctionnalités. J’ai programmé le robot pour qu’il nettoie 3 fois par semaine, toujours à une heure où personne n’est à la maison : résultat impeccable sans aucun effort. La cerise sur le gâteau ? On peut même accéder à distance à la caméra intégrée dans le robot. C’est une fonction que je n’avais jamais vue sur mes anciens modèles et c’est un plus! Mon ancienne machine oubliait toujours les coins, ce qui agaçait ma conjointe. Maintenant, tout est nickel. Bref, efficace, moderne et la cartographie est impressionnante.
