A Total Blessing!

A Total Blessing!
After my mom's two cats, her dog, and I, were made homeless (in 2023), my mom's two cats died of heatstroke (living with me in my mom's car). About a month ago, an acquaintance gifted me a rechargeable fan — to help keep my mom's dog alive during the warm weather in California. However, I usually don't have time to sit at an outlet and charge all of our equipment. After being gifted some cash for Easter, I thought, "… the only way I am going to keep my little family member alive, is if I buy a solar generator of some kind." Since I had a TACKLife Battery Charger with me, I chose this particular panel because it had one more DC Adapter than some others, and it was more likely to be able to charge all of our equipment. I was almost too discouraged to try this panel/generator on the TACKLife Battery Charger, but after having multiple dead car battery issues, I knew I needed to test the TACKLife Battery Charger first. The smallest DC Adapter in the included set, worked with my TACKLife Battery Charger! I almost cried! Then, I tried Sweetheart's (my mom's dog's) fan — knowing what a power guzzler it is. On a sunny day, this panel/generator can charge that fan as quickly as an AC outlet, and then run the fan (on low), off of the panel's supplied power (not taking any battery power from the fan) — while the panel/generator still charges other equipment. I was able to charge my TACKLife Battery Charger (about 1/2 of a power light), on a rainy day — with the panel set up in the front window of my mom's car — in about two hours! Overall, this piece of equipment has been a total, prayerfully, lifesaving blessing, and is an indispensable part of our current life. God bless all involved in the manufacture and sale of this panel/generator!

I bought this Sokiovola solar panel to charge a Bluetti Elite 30 Solar Generator. I chose this panel after doing some research and watching a few YouTube videos. I wanted a system that was small enough to store easily and power my CPAP and charge cell phones in the event of a power outage.

While testing this out I fully charged the Bluetti and then drained it to 50%. I placed the Sokiovola in my backyard at 1:10 PM in Southern California on a sunny 90 degree day. I had direct sunlight on the solar panel with no shading. The Sokiovola was able to provide 93 Watts of charge into the Bluetti and brought it up to full charge at 3:00 PM (hour and 50 minutes). I was impressed.

The Sokiovola panel is easy to use and very easy to connect to a solar charger. It comes with numerous connectors and an extension cable. I was able to have the solar panel in the sunshine but keep the solar charger in the shade due to the length of the extension cable. I really liked that. All of the connectors and extension cable store in a provided zippered bag.

I am very happy with this setup and would recommend this to anyone looking for a light weight, well made, modern 100 watt solar panel. I am going to buy a second one for emergency backup in my travel trailer.

Rocks. Built like just about any other.

I like that the panels have some flex. Ain't gotta worry about cracking them.

I set this bad boy up at the dirt track on a mildly overcast day. Didn't fiddle with it or set it perfect. Just slapped it up. I have the 200w panel and was able to get 140-155 watts coming into my Bluetti 180. Ran the bounce house and my hotplate while trickle charging. Worked a treat.

This is a solid brand. YouTube taught me about it. I'm not dissatisfied. Got the 200w panel on sale for 170 if I remember correctly.

This 100w Sokiolav N-Type solar panel works very well!
It will help recharge your power station pretty quick even with low sunlight.
Of course, when in full sun and the proper sun alignment and at 45° angel it will work at its very best.
I tried it out by hanging it (vertically) on my patio and it still reached 26w +
It charged an EcoFlow power station by 53% in less than four hours.
    That's not too bad…
I kept checking bc it did not seem possible, but it did!
The only thing I do not like is that the cables that come attached to the panel (MC4) are not covered and could get damaged if they get caught on something while packing them up or in travel.
I plan to make a cover for them.
They should not be exposed the way the are. -But it is not a major issue for me.
***NOTE: This solar panel does not have any usb ports or type-c ports.
You will not be able to connect a phone or any other USB or Type-C device right to the panel. You will need a solar panel connector hub. ***

I DID FIND THIS SOLAR PANEL CONNECTOR HUB to solve the problem.
It seems to work very well so far.
    See link below.

MARBERO Solar Panel Connector Power Hub with 2 DC Input Ports (DC35135/DC5521) 3 Output Ports (USB QC 18W/USB C PD 20W/DC 36W) Outlet Extender for iPhones, Laptops and Protable Power Stations.

I do think that this new solar technology makes this solar panel superior to other older panels I had tried before. They do charge very well even under partly cloudy skies.

Don't waste your money on the 110 watt panel it's the same thing as the 100 w solar panel, but does not have a bag to hold the wires but they have the little Velcro strap to tie them in it a circle. Same as harbor freight, Anker, Bluetti & Jackery 100 watt panel. There's no way I was paying double the cost just for a freaking name. I'm using mine in Phoenix in the summertime It's hot as hell the panel is over 150°+ & still getting 70-80 watts. When you first put the panel out it works better than when it gets heat soaked but it still works good either way it's impressive with a nice design. So thin it's hard to believe it works this good. Probably one of the best solar panels for the money… One of the ones I purchased the legs that stand out would not snap back closed I don't know what the hell happened It was insane because they were buttoned,(i think) after I unbutton them would not button back down weirdest thing ever I sent that one back & kept the other 1.. when I want another panel I'll probably get one of these. 5 ⭐

I had high hopes for this 200 watt type N panel but end up very disappointed. The package arrived opened, damaged, and obviously previously used. As for the panel itself, the lack of an attached storage pouch and no usable MC4 cables is a negative. Of more importance, while there does seem to be a decent ETFE, the three joints between the panels are so stiff as to make it difficult if not impossible to get the panel to straighten out. I feel that manipulating the panels pack and forth to try to loosen “hinges” would likely damage or break then. The rivets or snaps securing the fold out legs appear weak and not destined for long life either. Honestly, based on these design flaws it is pointless to even test whether the claimed TOPCON efficiency is a plus. This one is a fail and I cannot recommend it.

Only had this a few days. Cnstruction seems okay. I place it in direct sunlight and was only able to get 35 to 40 watts output. It was hovering around 37 to 38 watts, so it does not seem to be very efficient (58-65% of advertised output). Seems okay to have for an emergency, but I wouldn't rely on it as a main source of charging my solar generator.

Not bad, not good. Just okay. Nowhere near advertised 60W output.
