I've owned 5 other robot vacuums over the years, so I am not new to own to set them up and operate them.
This vacuum caused problem right from the start. The voice commands within the unit did not work, thus setting it up was nearly impossible because you don't get the voice commands letting you know how the setup process is going and if you are hooked up to your internet. Frustrating!
Once I figured a work around, I mapped my home and then set up the rooms by splitting them and setting up zones – all this went as expected.
Another problem with voice commands not working, is you have no idea if the vacuum docked, is charging or other function unless you open the app and check visually. Frustrating.
I contacted support via phone 3 times, each time I got someone who's English was not easy to understand. So I decided to email them. I guess they have a hard time understanding written English because their respond was clearly not what I was telling them. I was spending WAY too much time trying to tell them the problems of the vacuum. They wanted me to take photos and to show them a problem… How are you suppose to take a photo of a voice? Frustrating.
I am sending it back because the vacuum is not working as it should + customer service is highly questionable, which made me realize that down the road it would be non existent.
