Update- This company has excellent customer service. I was contacted, traded communication, and was refunded due to limited functionality in my smart home setting. I feel very good about taking a chance on them. It seems many others did not experience my problems.
This might be a good product. Color is true, response is good- with Google Home. Quick and easy set-up. Hint- on and off 3 times to put in discovery mode. Instructions did not tell me that, and then there’s Alexa. After the Sengled debacle I felt I had to buy new bulbs. Matter Sengled worked best , when they worked. Sengled, if you don’t know, is going under. Sengled Zigbee bulbs work fine now with an Alexa or other hub. Matter is supposed to work, but does not. Wi-Fi is not supposed to work, but as of this week, sometimes does. I can tell you the bulbs are not the problem, it’s the software. Sengled Matter, and these Matter bulbs do what they should. It takes some fiddling, but they both reset the way they should. They go into discovery mode as they should, but the app will not connect them. I did all the things. Updated everything. Restarted everything. I tried IOS, I tried Samsung Android, I tried Google Android, basically the same things keep happening. Issues entering the Wi-Fi password, and issues connecting the bulb to Wi-Fi. I know how to isolate Wi-Fi 2.4. I can force bulb discovery mode, but I cannot make the app work. Currently there are software problems. Maybe they will fix them.
