    So glad I tried these, I have been taking a different Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement for several years but decided to try these because of the additional ingredients, found that these work better than what I had been taking! They suggest four a day with food but I take two in the morning with breakfast and the relief seems to last 24 hours, felt the difference in a matter of days. In the morning I can stand up easily and start walking comfortably. I (F81) told my brother (M79) about them because he also has knee problems, hope they work as well for him.

    Was doubtful of this product, been take the recommended dose of 4 a day and happy to say my hips are hurting a lot less and my knees aren't popping anymore! Will definitely continue to take this product wish I can give it 10 Stars!
    Update. Knew it was to good to be true 😢, been taking the 4 capsule dose daily, did good for the 1st month, now into 2nd month, hip pain for the most part is still gone, only a little (very bearable) amount has came back, but the knees! They back to hurting 💯. Forget stairs!
