    Battery Problems

    My left pad wasn’t working when I got it so I replaced the battery with the spare it came with. The spare died within a day. I bought more batteries hoping it was just bad batteries but the new one died a week later while the right pad continues to function without any replacements.

    Update: I've had no luck contacting the seller to help as they are unresponsive. I replaced another battery on the left pad again, and it died within 2 days while the right pad is still running off the original battery.

    This item seems to be a solid built device, but doesn’t give an option for changing the color to write/draw in. For the price paid, you would think that would be an option.
