Why can’t KZO tracker connect to smart devices (Mobile phones, tablets, etc)?

A. Confirm if the smart device is turning on Bluetooth.

B. Check if the battery has power. If the battery is dead, replace it with an extra battery we provided.

C. Reset the KZO tracker or restart the app.

What is the working distance of the KZO tracker?

The general distance is 15-30 meters (without any barriers). If you are outdoors, the distance will be further.

Is KZO smart tag applicable to both Android and Apple phones?

Yes, but you need to download the ihere app on your phone. It doesn’t work with Apple Find My.

Why does the KZO Bluetooth tracker keep ringing?
