How to replace the battery?

Note:

If you are worried about the safety of scanning QR codes, you can search for iSearching APP in the Google Play Store or Apple Store.

If the APP does not search for the device, press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds to restart. You will hear a long beep to indicate a successful reset.

Why does the KZO Bluetooth tracker ring suddenly within the Bluetooth range?

This is because some Android phones have this problem: when your app runs in the background, it will be forced to close. You only need to modify the settings on your phone to avoid this situation (different phone models have different operations):

“Settings” – “App & Services” – “Launch Manager” -search iSearching App – open “Allow background running”

Why can’t KZO Bluetooth tracker connect to smart devices (Mobile phones, tablets, etc)?

A. Confirm if the smart device is turning on Bluetooth.

B. Check if the battery has power. If the battery is dead, replace it with an extra battery we provided.

C. Reset the KZO iTag or restart the app.

Why does the phone not ring or receive notifications when you double-click the device button?

1. No notification – the recording function is turned on. You need to exit the recording interface;

2. No ringing – the phone’s sound setting is 0. You only need to set the phone to do not disturb mode, but the sound needs to be greater than 0.

Is KZO smart tag applicable to both Android and Apple phones?

Yes, but you need to download the iSearching APP on your phone. And it doesn’t work with Apple Find my. If you think the function of the APP is not good, you can tell us and we will give you a solution.

Why does the KZO Bluetooth tracker keep ringing?

1. If you click the “alarm” on the APP, the sound will continue until you click stop or press the button to pause.

2. If the Bluetooth distance is over 15m or APP is closed, KZO tag will stop ringing after about 30s, or press the button to pause.

Does the APP have to allow access permission?

No, you can set it according to your usage. You can choose: Prohibit/Enable only during use/Ask every time you use it.

The app will not access personal emails or contacts but will remind you whether to enable notification permissions.
