This is the first smart watch I've owned, so I have nothing to compare it with. I've used it for a couple of weeks now, so I'm starting to get a feel for it. I haven't connected it to my phone (I purposefully bought one I could use w/out an app.) I don't know how accurate the step meter is: I took a nap with it on and it gave me about 12 steps during the nap. I drove 250 miles yesterday, and it gave me a couple hundred steps during that time. The battery only lasts 4 days, at most — no where near the 14 days advertised. When it died, I had to manually reset the time. (I suppose this would have synced had I connected my phone.) The simple apps included (timer & stopwatch) work okay. I think the heart rate monitor is decently accurate. I got it with a coupon, so I paid $20. It's probably worth that, but I don't know If I'd get this one again.
