Powerful Grill Brush That Makes Cleaning Easy
This cordless grill brush is surprisingly effective and makes cleanup much faster. The motor has enough strength to remove tough residue, and the included brush heads cover different cleaning needs. I like that it’s bristle-free, so there’s no worry about stray wires ending up on the grill.     This cordless electric grill brush has honestly been a nice surprise for me since I've been struggling with old wire brushes that either left bristles behind or just didn't work well on my grill grates. The rotating heads with the stainless steel mesh do a solid job getting off all the grease and stuck-on food without me having to scrub like crazy, and I really like that it doesn't shed any metal pieces that could end up in my food which was always a concern. It comes with three different brush heads including a scraper, the mesh brush and a cloth one so you can switch between them depending on how dirty things are, and they're pretty easy to swap out which is nice. The battery life is good enough that I can clean the grill multiple times before needing to charge it again and it holds up for a couple hours total which is way more than I need for one session. The LED light is actually helpful when I'm grilling at night or in the evening and need to see what I'm cleaning better, that was a feature I didn't think I'd use much but turns out to be pretty handy. It works best when the grill is still a bit warm rather than completely cold since the heat helps break down the grease faster, so I usually hit it right after cooking before everything cools down completely. The handle feels comfortable and the whole thing is pretty well built, heavier than a regular brush but not in a bad way. My only real concern is wondering how easy it'll be to get replacement brush heads down the road since they will wear out eventually, but overall for someone who grills frequently this makes cleanup so much less of a chore. I feel this is a good value for the money it cost to purchase.

    I had high hopes for this cordless electric grill brush, but it didn’t quite live up to the price tag (around $79 when I got it). For starters, the splash guard didn’t snap into place like it does in the promo video—I had to manually bend the metal clip to get it to lock in, which felt like a design hiccup.

    Performance-wise, it’s… okay. It feels underpowered unless the grill grates are still hot—seriously, use it right after cooking, because it struggles on cold or room-temperature racks. And while the battery life is solid and the handle is comfortable to hold, I was surprised it didn’t come with any extras (like a scraper or more spare brush heads), especially at this price point.

    Also worth noting: there’s no mention of water resistance, so I’d avoid using it under running water with soap or anything like that. Overall, it’s functional if you follow its sweet spot, but it’s not the “set-it-and-forget-it” cleaning solution I was hoping for.

    I've seen cordless grill cleaners around for a while, but I thought they were gimmicks. When I saw this, it brought back recent memories of cleaning the grill at our summer house in preparation for winter storage. In the grand scheme of things it wasn't terrible, but it shouldn't have gotten that bad. Let's face it though, who really wants to give the grill a thorough cleaning after you've just eaten a good meal? Waiting until the grill cools down is the standard excuse, then it stays dirty until the next day, or more often than not, until the next time you use the grill. Am I right?

    This actually works pretty well. However, if you want to use the mesh chain head on the entire grill surface you're either going to have to rotate the grill grates, or swap the brushes to their opposite sides. It's not really a big deal though. If you tend to cook in the middle of the grill and rarely use the outer sides, it's not an issue.

    My concern with something like this is the proprietary cleaning surfaces. Two each of the scouring pad and sponge pads are included. How long they last remains to be seen, but replacement pads are available (about $1 each for a pack of 20). However, I could not find a replacement chain mesh head. This device is a little on the pricey side, and while I don't really mind paying for consumables, I want to know that they're actually going to be available.

    There's nothing that says whether the cleaning heads can be placed in a dishwasher, but I really don't see why not.

    I don't really like wire cleaning brushes as the wires eventually rust and fall out. Sponge type brushes don't last very long either. I'm hoping this will eliminate the need for those. It certainly will make cleaning the grill a lot easier especially after cooking something sloppy with lots of BBQ sauce, burnt cheese and that sort of thing.

    Is it better than cleaning with an old-school brush? If you like gadgets (and I do), then yes. If it gets you to clean your grill more often, that's a good thing. It is a bit expensive though. As others have said, it would make a great gift. Wives, if you don't know what to buy your husband for Christmas or his birthday, you probably can't go wrong with this.

    I have been using this electric grill brush after cookouts and it has made cleanup easier once you get the hang of it. It clearly works best on warm grills rather than cold ones since heat helps loosen grease and stuck on food. Durability has been solid so far. The body feels sturdy, the rotating mechanism has not loosened up, and the brush heads have held their shape after repeated use. I like not worrying about bristles breaking off and the stainless mesh has rinsed clean without fraying. Swapping heads is simple and everything locks in securely. The built in LED light is more useful than expected during evening grilling. It is heavier than a standard brush but still comfortable to control. Battery life has been enough for multiple cleanings between charges. This cleaner does a respectable job and feels like a decent value for anyone who grills often and wants less scrubbing effort.

    I ordered this rechargeable cordless electric grill cleaner brush set to prepare our summer BBQ grillers ready for the winter storage. So far it's been working great – powerful and helpful, easy to operate and use for all heavy duty cleaning jobs! 🙂

    This cordless electric grill cleaner brush is made in amazing quality and nice craftsmanship. The brush runs on a rechargeable battery (USB-C charging cord included) that in my personal opinion much easier to use and more efficient than all manual brushes. The unit comes with 3 different type of brush heads – a heavy duty scraper, stainless steel brush and a fine cloth brush, all easy to change up and use for different purposes. I am very happy that the stainless steel brush is non-shedding, which gives me the peace of mind. The batteries can run up to 2 hours before another recharge required, and the bright white LED light is super helpful to spotting dirty debris that sticks on the grill rack.

    Overall, the brush is powerful as it helps to deep clean our two BBQ grills quick and easy. This saves a lot of our precious time to get them ready for the winter storage. I like it as I finds it super useful. Therefore, I do happily recommend this product!

    this grill brush works well and gets the job done. i received this towards the winter when i am not using my grill much but i did give it a try to clean up my bbq before i put it away. i am happy with the results and can't wait to use the brush more in the summer months. my grill has cast iron grates and i find them a bit hard to keep clean but the brush helped a great deal in cleaning. much less effort involved in getting most dirt off. i think it would work even better if i was using it to clean a still slightly warm grill. i was cleaning up my cold bbq before i put it away and i really made the device work hard. it handled it well, but i found the battery life for the way i was using it to be more around 45 mins than the claimed 2 hour time. i also like that there are 3 brush heads included but i wore mine pretty well with my heavy cleaning. i wish more extra brush heads were included. i deducted one star because of this and because i find the current selling price to be a little expensive. still, if you love to grill and want to keep you bbq clean with minimal effort, this is a good tool.

    This does work and save time. It is great for cleaning cast iron griddle plates or skillets. It is also very helpful if you have a large space. The strength is pretty strong you can lean into it and the battery life lasts for about a half hour session. It is ergonomic but quite large to put away easily. Also you don't have matching drums in the selection so you need to use one type on one side or one type on the other. It is cool that the brush is able to reverse itself but the nature of the drums is wrapped one way and starts to come apart when going backwards. The chain drum is good for the grill bars and in general it works well.

    I’ve been using a wood paddle to clean my grill after reading reports of how those metal bristle ones can leave metal pieces on the grill plates. But I never really found it did a great job getting my grill plates really clean after a BBQ, even when using a cleaner.

    That’s why I’m so happy to have this electric grill brush that can get in between the grill grates and give a proper clean.

    It’s ready to use right out of the box and I’m glad to see that it comes with a spare pair of scrubbing heads. I found it works best if you get the brush heads wet and start using it on the grill plates when they’re still hot, but not hot enough to cook anything. The combination of heat and water with the scrubbing power of this grill brush really does the job of breaking the grease down.

    And the LED light is actually a nice feature as I sometimes like to grill just before sunset, so being able to have a light directed towards the grill plates when you clean is a big plus. And the LED meter is really helpful for letting you know how much power you have to take on the cleaning job.

    If you like to BBQ, this is actually a great tool to have to make cleaning the grill a fast and easy job.

    Cleaning the BBQ grill grates is a tedious dirty job that no one likes to do. Turning the BBQ on and “burning it off” just doesn’t cut it and with our manual scraper it was a time consuming chore. However the Hillyfe Grill Brush has changed all that. It has made cleaning the grill fun – well maybe not fun – but a whole heck of a lot easier and quicker and my grates have never looked so clean since they were new. I took another reviewers suggestion and use steam to help loosen the baked on crud. I spray the warm grates with water and dunk the head of the grill brush in some water and the combination of the steam and this rechargeable brush powers through the toughest grunge. I love the 3 different heads as they work in combination and have slightly different roles. The chainmail really does the brunt of the work and the green scrubber and metal scrubber pads are more for fine work once the heavy is off. The unit has enough charge to do several cleanings. It has some great details like an LED light perfect if you barbeque in the dark, a splash guard for keeping you clean but can get in the way when getting tight along the edges. It is removable so I may try it next time without it. I like this power grill brush but the price is on the higher side and I worry about being able to get replacement scrubbers as they wear out. But if you have a BBQ fanatic this is the perfect gift.
