In the pack of 2 only one tracker worked when recieved. The second tracker would not connect to a phone (after following the instructions and trying with multiple phones). We tried to change the battery to see if this would help, however when opening the device to change the battery, the battery contact (a small piece of metal) fell out, after which the device would not turn on.
We requested a replacement (the support team are very good), however had exactly the same issue with the new tracker (not connecting, then battery contact falling out), and after requesting a second replacement and having the exact same issue again we requested and received a full refund.
Additionally, the first tracker (which did initially work) stopped working after about a month. We suspected the battery had run out, however when changing the battery the contact once again fell out and it ceased to function.
There are clearly design and quality control issues, as we have now tried 4 of these trackers, none of which have worked. Even if the tracker works initially, expect it to break when changing the battery.
