I bought the ring sizer first which helped me find the right size. I tried measuring, but couldn’t get consistent results. The actual ring fit perfectly. What I like the most is that the inside is coated with clear resin. I’m allergic to most metals. I’ve worn it about a week and had had no problems. The instructions come with a QR code that takes you to a link that downloads the app. You use the app and Bluetooth settings in your phone to connect the ring to the app. You can also connect it to other health apps, such as the health app on the iPhone.
It is accurate enough in measuring steps, blood pressure, blood oxygen, pulse rate, and sleep. It is a little bulky, but not uncomfortable. And I can wear it when showering or doing dishes. I bought the gold one and it looks ok. Of course it doesn’t look like real gold, but that wasn’t my expectation. Overall, I like it a lot.
