This is very comfortable. The only issue for me is that I have a charger that is magnetic, so I have to pull the magnetic adapter out of the headset in order to use the battery with the headset. Minor inconvenience, and I worry about damaging the port. I wish someone would make a usb c female to magnetic charge adapter. Overall though, very comfortable.

This has been a fantastic adjustable head strap for my son's Quest 2. It's very easy to attach & includes additional side plates, making it compatible with other Quest 3 models. Once snapped into place, it's very secure & supports the weight of the VR headset without issue.
It's adjustable at two points—one with a knob at the back & another on top. Adjusting it from one person to another is simple; just rotate the knob in one direction or the other. A rechargeable battery & a Type-C cable are included, allowing it to plug directly into the headset. The battery extends my son's playtime by about four hours when fully charged.
I also like that the battery has small LED lights that accurately indicate the charge level. I've had a similar model where the lights stayed fully lit regardless of the charge, making it impossible to tell if it had been charged recently. It also didn't seem to hold a charge for very long. We've had none of those issues with this one.
The battery simply slides into a slot on the back of the head strap & doesn’t affect weight distribution. The padding & stability make this head strap very comfortable, preventing the headset from wobbling during rigorous play. It also allows him to lift the headset up & off his face without having to remove the entire thing.
He loves it & refuses to use any other head strap. It gives me peace of mind knowing that no matter how excited my 12-year-old gets during gameplay, I won’t hear his headset come crashing to the floor. Plus, with the additional plates, we can still use this strap when we upgrade to the Quest 3.
Highly recommend this for anyone new to VR! Wouldn’t play VR without it!

Okay, so I really think this Quest 3 and 2 head strap is a solid home run, and here's why. I own both the Quest 2 and 3, but being that this will fit both, I chose it for my Quest 2.
What I really love about this head strap is its designed to fit both the Quest 2 and 3, and they do mean it. Included in the box are two different mounts or fittings and they are clearly labeled for the Quest 2 or 3.
I chose the mounts for my Quest 2 and the fit is fantastic. In fact, I own one of the better known Ellite Straps with battery pack and I have to tell you, the strap from this KawayeReal is just more comfortable. The fit around my head feels more secure, and that top strap with adjustable dial really helps distribute the weight more evenly.
I also had a chance to test the included battery pack. I charged it up fully, and I'd say I got well over two extra hours vs. just using the built in Quest 2 battery.
As far as build quality, it does feel a bit on the lighter side so I'm not sure if it will be durable for a long time, but I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt as I've never had a third party Elite Strap fail on me yet.

Review: Head Strap Adjustable Head Strap with 7500mAh Battery Pack
I like how easy both the top and back can be adjusted by turning a detented knob vs others using a hook and loop fastened strap. The ratcheting dual adjustment does help keep the headset in place I like that I don’t have to keep re-adjusting the headset for it to remain in focus after removing.
The left side mount blocks the 3S’s on/off switch and LED my finger is too big to get under the ledge and I found that I can only push on the partial exposed section of the button.
Unfortunately I cannot easily flip it up the 55° I need to remove the headset then use both hands to pivot the band at the hinges then I can set it on my head to pull it back down takes both hands one hand securing the back without removing.
With a strong enough USB power source I can charge both the Headset and the battery pack while using. Disappointed that it does not pass data through to use a wired link the cable needs to plug directly into the headset removing the connection to the battery in the band.
There is no on/off for the battery pack it stays on when connected to headset even when both are at full charge I do not like putting the headset or anything in an enclosed case with power applied, On the plus side the battery does easily pop out and can be stored separately.
