Awesome chair so far no issues!

Awesome chair so far no issues!
I used to have an issue with the arms coming loose on these chairs thus having to re-tighten the allen screws almost weekly. It appears they either fixed it, or I just don't use the arms to get up and down as much as I used to. However so far so good! I love my chair, next up, gaming desk!

This was my first time purchasing a gaming chair so I wasn’t really sure how it was gonna turn out, but this chair is great! I’ve had it for about a month and I’ve had no trouble with it.
It’s heavy duty, comfortable, great lumbar and neck support. I also love the ability to fully recline.
It looks cool, wasn’t hard to assemble and so far has been a great overall chair.
    No complaints!

This is for a GTRacing heavy duty chair. The chair is very comfortable. Bottom cushion is removable. Lumbar pillow and neck pillow. Overall very happy for the price. Very heavy heavy duty base. Now for the bad stuff. The wheels are terrible and do not roll on a carpet. I replaced them from my old chair. Problem solved. The arms have a 3 position locking system. One arm was broken. Contacted GTRacing and got a replacement. It took 3 weeks. I do feel this is well worth the price and overall I am very happy with the purchase.

I preface this review with the fact I actually really enjoyed the chair up until the last few weeks. I purchased the X-Large as I am a 6'3 240 lb man and it has been unbelievably comfortable and was very easily assembled. Roughly 3 weeks ago, I was leaning back slightly and felt the chair give out completely. I thought maybe the reclining function had become loose but when I looked, I could freely move the back of the chair without using the lever. I then started pulling covers off thinking I may have sheared a bolt (I would hope would hold up more than a year but….) again this wasn't the case.

Finally I unzipped the back to find the metal bracing had actually bent as seen in the pictures. This is making it so that you cannot lean back in the chair, else it will slip off the bent L-bracing causing the back to almost slid completely off the back of the chair, along with you.

I am always fairly delicate with my gaming chairs and had never had something like this occur. Generally I'm sitting fairly upright but do lean back on occasion which is how I found this flaw as I fell out of the seat. I don't slam back and again am pretty gentle so if this chair can't stand up to that, I can't imagine what someone that was a little more aggressive than I.

I originally would have given this chair 4 – 4.5 stars, but knowing that you will only get less than a year out of it…. I have to give it 1 especially at the price i could have gotten a much cheaper office chair that would have lasted longer.

    Hope this helps.

Not to mention the fact that it doesn’t properly fit anyone above 6’ and therefore is not a “big” or “tall” chair, the seat of the chair flattens over time, leading you to sit and feel the flatness and metal frame of the chair. The lumbar support is made of cheap, cheap foam and is far too big to be comfortable/use (but without it you have absolutely zero support), the neck pillow is a shoulder pillow (I’m 6’3, that’s not a good sign for a big/tall chair) and the chair creaks like a floorboard only after a few months of use. I just went to Office Depot and spent hundreds on a new chair that won’t disappoint like this one.
