What’s included with this 6-month included Furbo Nanny plan model?

Includes the camera and 6 prepaid months of Furbo Nanny (smart AI alerts, pet tracking, video recording) with $0 due on Day 1. Unlike models requiring upfront plan payment, this offers an easier setup experience and is ideal for gifting.

How does the subscription plan and renewal work, and can I cancel anytime?

Enjoy 6 months of smart features at $0 added cost. Starting Month 7- it auto-renews every 6 months at $8.99/mo (billed at $53.95, saving 10%). Modify or cancel anytime in the Furbo app. If cancelled, core camera features stay active.

Can I use this if I already have a Furbo subscription?

Yes. Set up the new camera using your existing account. During setup, Furbo will merge the devices so you can manage coverage under one unified subscription plan. Contact Furbo Support anytime if you need help.

Does the Furbo Mini toss treats, rotate, or move in anyway?

The Furbo Mini keeps things simple with a fixed 130° wide-angle view, plus 1080p video, 2-way audio, night vision, and bark or meow alerts. Place it anywhere, but if you’re looking for treat tossing or 360° rotation, choose the Mini 360° instead.

What’s in the box, and what are the Wi-Fi requirements?

The box includes the camera, a USB cable, and a quick start guide. (A USB wall adapter is not included—use any standard 5V/2A USB plug or Furbo’s official adapter). Setup requires the free Furbo app and a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz is not supported).
