I love my watch. I use to carry my phone everywhere just to track my steps but having my watch on is so much easier. I love everthing else it tracks like my heartbeat & pulse. I love the different bands and how it vibrates when I have a call or text. The face of the watch is not too small or too large. Glad I made the purchase.

My basic Fitbit stopped working and I was hesitant about getting another Fitness watch. I didn't think I looked at it that much.     I bought this because of the size. Larger screen than my FitBit, but not too big. Able to see HR, steps etc all at once. Big disappointment! 2 main complaints… 1. I walked 8 hours, cleaning house, errands etc. It recorded 2400 steps. I reached out to support, no response. 2. During set up I was charged a $1 fee that turned into $49. My bad, should have been more careful and read deeper into why there was a $1 charge in the first place. Fortunately, my bank caught the fraud. Returning and going back to my FitBit.

The only reason I’m not rating it 5 is because the watch light feature isn’t working, when I lift my wrist to check it I have to click the button to light it up rather than it lighting up like it’s supposed to with the wrist raise. Idk if I should return/reorder for a defect because I’d like it to light up on its own.
