It's far surpassed my expectations.
I love it.. It's so easy to set up and work with. Not to mention super cute. I am a little sad that the version i bought doesn't come with the panda privacy cover. I didn't realize it's only with the piko+ and pro, but I'm extremely happy with my purchase and it's well worth the money. It actually works far better and is way less expensive then Webcams I have had in the past.

    I like this camera, it actually delivers 4K video on conferencing apps that support 4K. Can be used without the Emeet studio software that one has to download separately. Camera works well in average room lighting. Because it’s small it’s easy to pack with my laptop. I work in a PC & Mac office and it works fine with both.

    One can see video scan lines under 50Hz LED lighting if you look closely, but In US 60Hz the image is clear. In bright lighting the video can be overexposed. I bet the software can help with that but haven’t tried.
    It’s easy to lose the little magnetic privacy cover, I wish there was a spot to store it. As it is I just unplug the camera instead. I use the handy screw mount to mount it to a cubicle wall since there’s no monitor clip. The included tripod is only useful in a conference room when you want to include multiple people.

    I was hesitant to get this due to the cutesy panda marketing, but it’s a solid performer.

    Bought this for my husband…. Now i’m buying one for myself. Truly puts my laptop camera that I use for meetings currently to SHAME. The quality is NOTICEABLY different for the better. The price is steep for me but it is worth it. It connects easily and is super easy to use. The settings it has for focus, filters etc seem great although I have not played around much with them but overall the quality is great and my husband has had it for a month or more now and I keep taking his. Time to buy my own.

    Extremely poor packaging! the Camera is just placed in a cut out in the back of the interior container. If you open it wrong side down the camera can just fall right out. I had to return the item because it only works with USB-C which is not indicated at the top of the page. It just says USB. Further down their page it says USB-C to USB-C. A USB adapter should be included. During the repackaging of the camera it falls out of the unsecured slot in the back of the interior box and breaks the glass on the front. Have no way of knowing if the technology is any good, but if it is anything like their packaging I would stay away. Bought my first and last product from emeet. This one is on it's way back.
