I’ve had this camera for a very long time now and I’d say I recommend this for people who need a simple webcam.The main pros I’d say is the autofocus and the software feature. The autofocus is really good and it focuses really fast. Sometimes, there will be an issue with it not focusing but I’d fix it by doing the classic item in front of the hand. There is also a software for this camera called the eMeetLink and it works pretty well and you can adjust other settings for the camera. The camera fits pretty well on my monitor, the cable is long so I wrap it around. I also like that I can adjust it down to face my table for table cams when I’m building keyboards.Now to the cons, I would say is you cannot zoom and the camera may stop working properly but I’ll explain that in a bit. So as good as this camera is for its price, you can’t zoom in and out. So, if you need it for things like Twitch or you don’t want to show your entire room, probably should get a green screen or pick a good spot to use this camera. You can probably use some software to crop too. Now for the camera not working; when I first got it, I barely used the camera but it would glitch and the screen would go crazy even though I barely used it (1-2 times to test it). And no matter how much I disconnected the camera and deleted the software, it would still glitch and not work properly. I even contacted support and they weren’t really much help but I figured out the problem on my own late. I basically had to update the software I believe or the camera because there’s updates and after updating the camera on the software it literally fixed the issue.     I purchased this camera for an online class. It works well, was plug and play, super affordable. All in all the product is great for what it is. I really like that is came with a privacy cover. No issues with the picture when inside the focus range, or the mic both are super clear. I will say that I only use this camera for testing. I have never attempted to use this camera for anything else because I have no desire to stream or make video calls.

    The only "issue" I have is the listing. I really wish it had been in the product name that this is a fixed focus camera. There is another model of this camera on this listing for an Auto-focus camera for only 5 dollars more and I miss took the AF to mean Air Force (all thanks to growing up in a military community,) thinking it was just for a special color so I never even clicked on it. It is now the next quarter at my school and my new instructor is super picky about being able to read my name on my photo ID which this camera can't clearly provide. The auto-focus model can provide a clearer picture from slightly closer then the fixed focus camera can. I definitely learned my lesson and will be reading the full product description going forward.

    This is not the camera for you if you need to be able to show small print in a recorded video.

    Greatest zoom tool for my Monitor I use while on laptop

    I can’t give this enough stars! I use my laptop for zoom but I have a monitor I look at that the laptop is connected too , so when I used zoom with my laptop camera and looked at my monitor you could use see the side of my face in zoom.

    I only have usb c option on the side of my laptop to plug this in, so I did have to buy an adapter from USB A female to USB C, however they came at the same time and it was the easiest plug and play. It sits atop my monitor perfectly and has a privacy tool you can use. It sounds great and the video is flawless!

    What a handy little camera. I had already purchased a microphone so I don't use the microphone feature on this camera. I've used it several times now with no issues. Set up was super easy. It works either to hang on a monitor or to set on a platform. It does have the screw hole in the bottom if you wanted to add a tripod. The resolution is perfect, no complaints.
